งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาด้านการตลาดเพื่อรองรับนิสิตนักศึกษาต่างชาติของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยในช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่าน 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีของระบบนิเวศการตลาดเพื่อรองรับนิสิตนักศึกษาต่างชาติของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยในช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านและ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบระบบนิเวศการตลาดเพื่อรองรับนิสิตนักศึกษาต่างชาติของอุดมศึกษาไทยในช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่าน ซึ่งเป็นช่วงเวลาที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงนำเทคโนโลยีมาสร้างสิ่งใหม่ หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงสิ่งเก่า ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อกระบวนการธุรกิจขององค์กร งานวิจัยนี้ใช้กรอบองค์ประกอบ 8 ด้านของทฤษฎีส่วนประสมการตลาดที่ได้มาจากการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ หลักสูตร ราคา สถานที่ การส่งเสริมทางการตลาด ชื่อเสียง บุคลากร บริการเสริม และการปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงาน ใช้การวิจัยแบบการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาเก็บจากนิสิตนักศึกษาต่างชาติระดับปริญญาตรีจำนวน 222 คน จาก 6 สถาบันอุดมศึกษา การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหา และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี กับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 6 คน และสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มเกี่ยวกับข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย กับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 10 คน โดยใช้เกณฑ์การเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) คือเป็นผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยหรือผู้ที่รับผิดชอบทางการตลาดของมหาวิทยาลัย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1)สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาด้านการตลาดทั้ง 8 ด้านส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาในระดับน้อย มีเพียง 3 ประเด็นในด้านการส่งเสริมทางการตลาดที่มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ความน่าสนใจของเว็บไซต์มหาวิทยาลัย ความสะดวกในการใช้งานของเว็บไซต์มหาวิทยาลัย สื่ออออนไลน์มีความน่าสนใจและเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำไปใช้ อีก 2 ประเด็นในด้านบริการเสริม ได้แก่ ความน่าสนใจของชมรมในมหาวิทยาลัย และคุณภาพในการช่วยเหลือในเรื่องที่พักจากมหาวิทยาลัย 2) แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีของระบบนิเวศการตลาดที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก เสนอแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีครบทุกด้าน แต่จำนวนแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีแตกต่างกันไป โดยด้านหลักสูตรมี 11 ประเด็น ด้านราคามี 6 ประเด็น ด้านสถานที่มี 7 ประเด็น ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาดมี 26 ประเด็น ด้านชื่อเสียงมี 4 ประเด็น ด้านบุคลากรมี 15 ประเด็น ด้านบริการเสริมมี 39 ประเด็น และด้านการปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานมี 12 ประเด็น แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในแต่ละด้าน จะเรียบเรียงเป็นภาพรวมของแต่ละด้าน แล้วนำเสนอภาพรวมทั้งหมดของทุกด้าน ผนวกเข้ากับปัจจัยภายใน (STP Marketing) …

This study reports on the feasibility and acceptability of a social justice infused service-learning (S-L) program to promote Black adolescent mental health and educational equity. We convened a community advisory board to help adapt and pilot test, via open trial mixed method design, an evidence-based service-learning program for Black middle school adolescents (n = 21) attending summer camp at a faith-based setting. The phenomenon of microaggressions is well established within the counseling literature, particularly as it relates to race, ethnicity, gender, and affectual orientation. However, research related to disability or ableist microaggressions is still in its infancy, so counseling professionals have limited information about experiences of disability and ableist microaggressions. The purpose of this qualitative content analysis was to describe participants’ self-reported experiences with ableist microaggressions. Participants (N = 90) had a diagnosed disability and the majority (91.11%) identified as having two or more nondominant identities beyond their disability. We report two categories and 10 themes. Microaggressions are commonplace overt and covert forms of discrimination that convey disparaging messages to individuals who hold marginalized identities, including people with disabilities (PWD). Although PWD are a prevalent nondominant identity group in the United States, little is known about the occurrence of ableist microaggressions in this culturally diverse community, including how ableist microaggressions are experienced based on disability characteristics and other nondominant identities. A sample consisting of 201 PWD completed an electronic survey that examined the occurrence of ableist microaggressions based on visibility of disability, type of disability, and nondominant sociocultural identities. This article presents an exploratory study that examines how 11 first-year writing instructors’ conceptualizations of information literacy evolved over the course of their participation in an inquiry group co-developed and co-facilitated by the Libraries’ teaching faculty and the Director of Composition & Rhetoric at a public university in the United States. The authors developed a coding schema to identify the presence of information literacy-related themes and practices in pre- and post-program course syllabi and in reflective pieces submitted by instructors. How can we take transnationality as a space of in-betweenness to generate new possibilities, moving beyond geographically bounded spans between countries? This article presents five authors’ collective inquiry on transnational positionalities, which we practiced through the relational, transformative, and reflective writing of the self in a community space. We staged the collaborative writing into two processes: the emergent process of thematic writing and the relay writing. Background: Given that K–12 schools necessitate leaders who can advance equity and justice, preparation programs in higher education institutions have prioritized the development of eq-uity-oriented school leaders. However, there has been relatively limited exploration of peda-gogical approaches that equip educational leaders to navigate adverse emotional responses and utilize their discomforting emotions as a source of transformation toward equity-oriented principles. Expiratory muscle strength training (EMST) is increasingly being used to treat voice, cough, and swallowing deficits in a wide range of conditions. However, a multitude of aero-resistive EMST models are commercially available, and the absence of side-by-side comparative data interferes with clinicians’ ability to assess which model is best suited to a particular client’s needs. The primary aim of this research was to test and compare the pressure and flow parameters of six currently available EMST models to help inform clinical decision making.

Paraprofessionals support teachers and students in the classroom. Their roles and responsibilities vary; however, their goal is always to improve student achievement. The purpose of the study was to fill a gap in the literature related to special education paraprofessionals’ perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs on the support and trainings they receive prior to and during their job as a paraprofessional for students in a special education setting. Generic qualitative methodology was used to capture the thoughts, experience, and perceptions of 42 paraprofessionals across the United States.
