This study was aimed to develop instruments to assess reasoning skills in the form of dynamic assessment as a formative assessment to improve students' reasoning skills about bacteria. The cake format and graduated prompting method was used in this study. The instruments were based on the Fact and Proof Diagnostic Test and Structural Communication Grid (SCG) and focused on correlational reasoning and combinatorial reasoning. This study aims to (1) identify the content validity of observations of students' social attitudes, (2) identify the construct validity of the observation instruments of students 'social attitudes, and (3) identify the reliability of observations of students' social attitudes. The study aims to evaluate a program of channeling educational fund, Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP), for vocational school (sekolah menengah kejuruan or SMK). This research was evaluation research using mix method approach. The evaluation model used was the CIPP model covering context, input, process, and product. The respondents of the study were 702 principals, 125 student's parents, and 15853 students of the SMKs spreading across 29 out of 34 provinces in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the quality and implementation of authentic assessment planning of English subject at junior high schools in Yogyakarta. This evaluation research used a discrepancy evaluation model. It was conducted at three state junior high schools (Sekolah Menengah Pertama or SMP negeri) in Yogyakarta, which were pilot projects of Curriculum 2013, namely SMP Negeri 5, SMP Negeri 8, and SMP Negeri 15. The healthy school program is a program issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture, focused on how schools can develop healthy, safe, child-friendly, and fun school movements. This study used the CIPP evaluation model with a qualitative approach, focusing on the context, inputs, processes, products of the healthy school program. This study is descriptive-explorative quantitative research. The samples chosen were 293 ninth-grade students' answers at state JHS of 3 Pati with a package of questions consisting of 30 items. This study was to determine the correlation between translation, interpretation, and extrapolation abilities on the learning achievement of elementary school students in science subjects. The research method was descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used tests to understand the concepts of translation, interpretation, and extrapolation with test techniques and students' learning achievement with secondary data. Penutupan SMK merupakan dampak dari adanya pandemi COVID-19. Pembelajaran daring menjadi pendekatan yang harus diterapkan pada kondisi tersebut. Berbagai tantangan dan kendala pembelajaran daring mempengaruhi capaian pembelajaran. Temuan saat evaluasi pembelajaran daring di awal periode adalah menurunnya partisipasi belajar dan prosentase ketuntasan KKM peserta didik menjadi temuan yang diperoleh. Pada program pendidikan guru, keterampilan mengajar merupakan kompetensi yang sangat penting. Penilaian aspek non-verbal belum mendapat perhatian khusus. Aspek non-verbal berperan penting dalam keterampilan mengajar. Pada penilaian keterampilan mengajar secara manual tidak mudah menghadirkan objektifitas penilaian. Artikel ini memaparkan urgensi pengembangan otomatisasi sistem penilaian keterampilan mengajar terkait aspek komunikasi menerapkan pattern recognition technology. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan pada platform google form untuk keterjangkauan responden. Total responden adalah 172, terdiri atas 61 dosen dan 111 guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti empiris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan e-learning oleh guru pada SMK Ma'arif 1 Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine whether the competences of Physical Education (PE) teachers make contributions to the quality of learning achievements of elementary school students. It was qualitative descriptive research using a reflective explorative approach. The subject of this study was the result of competence test of PE teachers in Yogyakarta Special Region in 2016. The study involved 60 PE teachers who were subjected to have an FGD (Forum Group Discussion) in some stages. Tujuan penelitian tersebut adalah untuk mengungkap secara komprehensif karakteristik psiko-logis atlet atletik PPLP Papua. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian seluruh atlet atletik yang tergabung dalam PPLP Provinsi Papua berjumlah 20 (12 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan). Atlet junior tersebut berada pada tingkat sekolah SMP dan SMA (17 SMA dan 3 SMP) dengan rentang usia 13-18 tahun ( = 16,6; s = 1,27). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguji tingkat validitas norma penilaian Dyer Tennis Test terhadap tingkat keterampilan bermain tenis mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FIK UNY); (2) menguji tingkat reliabilitas norma penilaian Dyer Tennis Test terhadap tingkat kete-rampilan bermain tenis; (3) menguji relevansi norma penilaian Dyer Tennis Test terhadap tingkat keterampilan bermain tenis. Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Pemerintah daerah melalui dinas pemuda dan olahraga memiliki program pemusatan latihan bagi atlet pelajar setingkat SMA yang bertajuk Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Olahraga Pelajar (PPLOP). Efektivitas program PPLOP sangat bergantung dari prestasi atlet di lapangan dan di bangku sekolah. Background: Peer violence is common globally, but a little researched topic in low-and middle-income countries. This study presents the evaluation of a two-year randomized controlled trial of a structured play-based life-skills intervention implemented in schools in Hyderabad, Pakistan.
Objective: To determine the impact of the intervention on school-based peer violence (victimization and perpetration) and depression among school children.

This article first reviews the Sixth Circuit panel decision, settlement agreement, and en banc appellate court action. Then, it explores related recent cases that also address a constitutional right to some level of education. The final section analyzes the viability of arguments asserting a federal right to access to a minimum education under the Fourteenth Amendment and implications of establishing such a federal right.
