The study aimed at identifying the degree of Implementing Jordanian Universities to the Concept of Entrepreneurial University According to the Seven Solidifications by (EC- OECD).The study used the descriptive survey approach. The study population consisted of all Academic Leaderships at Jordanian Universities (1323). The sample was a stratified random sample that consisted of (312) academic leadership. A 28-item with 3 dimensions questionnaire was developed to collect data for this study. This study aimed to measure the correlation between the scientific research success factors, i.e. the mastery of the scientific research competencies, subjective and objective motivations to scientific research, and the availability of the scientific research infrastructure, and the scientific research productivity, i.e., publications, books, translated books, grants, citations, and awards received of the faculty of the Arab American University in Palestine. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوىممارسةالتعلمالتنظیمیفیجامعةأسوان منوجهةنظرالقیاداتالأکادیمیة ،وکذلکمستوىتحقیق إدارةجامعةأسوان للمیزة التنافسیة والوصول إلى استراتیجیة مقترحة لتفعیل دور التعلم التنظیمی لتحقیق المیزة التنافسیة بها، ولکی تحقق الدراسة الحالیة أهدافها استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفی واستبانة تم تطبیقها على عینة ممثلة من القیادات الأکادیمیة (عمداء الکلیات والوکلاء ) بجامعة أسوان بلغت 58 عمیدا ووکیلا من إجمالی (70) فردا یشغلون مناصب قیادیة فی جامعة أسوان . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها : أن هناک قصور فی استراتیجیات تحقیق أهداف البحث والتطویر فی مجال التعلم التنظیمی ، أن هناک قصور فی إجراء الجامعة للمسح الدوری للبیئة التنافسیة وللخدمات التی یقدمها المنافسون …
