The purpose of this article is to confirm the interrelationships among strategic management, corporate governance, and decision-making. The article uses a qualitative approach, where a systematic literature review has been done through the internet and most reputable sites using the main keywords. Then after screening and selecting the suitable previous related literature, the researcher has analyzed them to come up with a suitable synthesis and recommendations. The research aimed to measure the level of Jordanian school principals' practice of crisis management from the teachers’ perspective. Descriptive survey approach was used, and data was collected by using closed-ended survey instrument that measures the level of principals' practice in crisis management. The study aims to investigate the determinants of the performance of higher education institutions in the Arab world, in addition to proposing possible solutions to these determinants.
