Recently, the food supply chain (FSC) has been severely disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, putting the vital flow of food products from farmers and producers to the ultimate consumers at risk. Furthermore, due to the pandemic, several food organizations have been prompted to rethink their strategies for the future. Although the literature on FSC research in the COVID-19 era is increasing, no attempt has been made to summarize this stream of research using bibliometric techniques. We introduce a new experience design tool, an experience journey map, to assist youth professionals in planning engagement, immersion, and absorption activities. Experience journey maps are based on customer journey maps, which are widely used in business service design. This new approach highlights strategies for engendering deep structured experiences during the activity. An experience journey map is a matrix of columns and rows. Columns represent the sequence of activity stages. Rows are experience-structuring strategies derived from the theory of structured experience. This paper presents an approach to coordinate the consumption of resources by transactional business processes. Resources are associated with consumption properties known as unlimited, limited, limited-but-extensible, shareable, and non-shareable restricting their availabilities at consumption-time. And, processes are associated with transactional properties known as pivot, retriable, and compensatable restricting their execution outcomes in term of either success or failure. The role of luxury as a source of tourism experiences is gathering growing attention, with special attention to the foundations of the relationships between gastronomy and social media marketing. Drawing from a visual methodology, this study analyses how luxury hotels (Burj Al Arab, Emirates Palace, St. Regis Saadiyat Island, and Atlantis) in the UAE promote gastronomy by identifying visual features of social media posts (N = 1866) to manage their image of luxury. Carbon emissions bring significant risks and opportunities, and organisations have responded by adopting different strategies and environmental control systems, such as carbon accounting systems (CASs). However, it remains unclear whether a CAS can help reduce emissions, and what role is played by a CAS in the relationship between carbon strategy and carbon performance. Therefore, this paper analyses the strategy-accounting-performance nexus by drawing on 1672 firm-year observations of firms participating in the CDP in 2014 and 2015. In this literature review, we show that little attention has been given to pre-class learning in a flipped classroom setting. To support learning, a flipped classroom shifts the learning of basic content from a classroom setting to a pre-class setting, thereby freeing up time within class for more active learning activities. Active learning activities support student-centered learning as peers collaborate with deep application of pre-class learning concepts. Although the FASB and IASB conceptual frameworks identify relevance and faithful representation as the fundamental qualitative characteristics of useful information, prior research suggests that revenue recognition accounting standards that restrict managerial discretion resulted in improved faithful representation but reduced relevance. We use the adoption of Accounting Standards Update (ASU) 2009-13 and ASU 2009-14 to examine the effects of increased managerial discretion to accelerate revenue recognition in multiple-deliverable arrangements; that is, transactions where vendors sell multiple products or services that are delivered at different points in time. A central feature of most organizations is the use of measures to represent key elements of performance across multiple strategic objectives. Prior research has demonstrated a tendency for individuals to treat these measures as though they are the higher-order strategic objectives the measures were intended to represent, as opposed to imperfect representations of those strategic objectives—a phenomenon labeled surrogation. The ability to automate tasks and processes using robotic process automation (RPA)—or the development of bots—is receiving significant attention in accounting. Auditors often struggle to know what tasks to automate and how to prioritize bot development. Drawing upon sociotechnical systems theory and using a design science methodology, we develop and validate a three-step evaluation framework to assist auditors as they decide what activities to automate. We validate this framework using interviews, surveys of experienced internal and external auditors, and two case studies. All family leisure is not equal. Yet, little is known about the mechanisms linking different types of family leisure to different human development and family relations outcomes. The Ecology of Family Experiences (EFE) framework provides a sensitizing lens for the study of the conditions under which family leisure is beneficial to individuals and families. Specifically, the framework suggests three domains—Family, Activity, and Time—iteratively interact to generate different levels of individual and family outcomes (i.e., responses, meaning, and development). We calculate the socially optimal level of illiquidity in an economy populated by households with taste shocks and present bias (Amador, Werning, and Angeletos 2006). The government chooses mandatory contributions to respective spending/ savings accounts, each with a different pre-retirement withdrawal penalty. Penalties collected by the government are redistributed through the tax system. When naive households have heterogeneous present bias, the social optimum is well approximated by a three-account system: (i) a completely liquid account, (ii) a completely illiquid account, and (iii) an account with an ≃ 10% early withdrawal penalty. Does formal IT governance encourage innovation in the traditional domains of the IT function at the expense of new forms of “digital” innovation? We report on a study of 158 IT managers and leaders to understand the conditions under which transformational IT leadership can drive innovation in traditional forms of IT, as well as in the emerging “digital” domain. We find that highly formal IT governance practices can reduce ability of transformational IT managers and leaders to innovate in both domains, and this effect is greater for digital innovation. Unlike traditional asset categories (e.g., industry classifications) that are generally defined clearly, some groups of stocks are tied to certain loosely defined “concepts” (e.g., e-commerce). When investors find it difficult to analyze ambiguous concept-oriented information, information diffuses slowly, creating “concept momentum”. Based on unique concept data in the Chinese stock market, this study constructs a concept-momentum strategy that involves buying stocks from past winning concepts and selling stocks from past losing concepts, which can generate pronounced abnormal returns. การศึกษาและค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เป็นการศึกษาการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานของแผนกขนส่งสินค้าขาเข้า ของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา XYZ ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทตัวแทนนำเข้า และส่งออกสินค้า (Freight Forward Company) หนึ่งในกิจกรรมสำคัญ คือการอัปเดตสถานะสินค้าว่าสินค้านั้น ๆ ดำเนินการขนส่งอยู่ที่ไหนแล้วบ้าง เพื่ออัปเดตให้แก่ลูกค้าของบริษัทได้สามารถรับทราบเพื่อนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการวางแผนการผลิต การตลาด หรือประโยชน์อื่น ๆ และยังเป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมที่ใช้วัดผลประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของแผนกอีกด้วย ซึ่งคะแนนประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานนั้นยังส่งผลต่อการปรับคิดเงินเดือนประจำปี ตลอดจนโบนัสของพนักงานประจำบริษัทอีกด้วย ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาหาสาเหตุที่ทำให้กระบวนการทำงานของบริษัทกรณีศึกษามีปัญหา ตลอดจนนำแนวคิด ทฤษฏี และเครื่องมือ ไม่ว่าเป็นแนวคิดลีน ไคเซ็น แผนผังสายธารแห่งคุณค่า (Value Stream Mapping : VSM) และแนวคิด ECRS เข้ามาช่วยในการดำเนินหาทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่บริษัทกรณีศึกษากำลังเผชิญ ตลอดจนการประชุมหารือกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเพื่อหาแนวทางการทำงานใหม่ เพื่อให้ทุกคนทราบถึงปัญหาที่แท้จริง และช่วยกันหาแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการแก้ไขปัญหาซึ่งหลังจากปรับปรุงกระบวนการนั้น พบว่าทั้ง 2 กิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือน ที่ผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษานั้น มีระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการทำงานลดลง และสามารถขจัดกระบวนการที่ไม่มีคุณค่าออกจากกระบวนการทำงานได้ โดยกิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือนที่ 1 มีระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยลดลงจาก 240:09 นาทีลดลงอยู่ที่ 118.36 นาที ระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการทำงานลดลงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 50.61 และกิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือนที่ 3 นั้นลดลงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.33 จะระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยรวมในการทำงานที่ 12,536:58 นาที ลดลงอยู่ที่ 1,462:57 นาที และในการวัดผลประเมินประจำเดือนธันวาคม 2565 พบได้ว่าสัดส่วนคะแนนเพิ่มขึ้น โดยกิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือนที่ 1 สัดส่วนคะแนนในเดือนธันวาคม 2565 อยู่ที่ 86.09% และกิจกรรมการแจ้งเตือนที่ 3 อยู่ที่ 90.54%

งานศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์สำหรับการนำเข้า มอลต์ ระหว่างการใช้เรือสินค้าเทกองกับเรือตู้สินค้า โดยทำการศึกษาต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์และ ระยะเวลาในการขนส่งมอลต์จากประเทศออสเตรเลียจนถึงโรงงานที่ตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัด พระนครศรีอยุธยาด้วยวิธีเรือสินค้าเทกอง โดยปัจจุบันใช้รูปแบบการขนส่งด้วยวิธีเรือตู้สินค้า ผู้วิจัย จะทำการจำลองสถานการณ์ เพื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบกับเส้นทางการขนส่งที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยจะทำการจำลองสถานการณ์ใน 8 รูปแบบ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์และ ระยะเวลา ในการขนส่งมอลต์เพื่อนำมาเปรียบเทียบกับต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์และระยะเวลารวมของการ ขนส่งมอลต์ในปัจจุบัน โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ประกอบการการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่าง ประเทศและภายในประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยในการศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์ 4 ด้านคือ 1. ต้นทุนการขนส่ง (Transportation Cost) 2. ต้นทุนการขนถ่ายสินค้า (Handling Costs) 3. ต้นทุนคลังสินค้า (Warehousing Costs) 4. ต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ (Other Cost) ผลการศึกษา พบว่าสินค้าทางการเกษตรจำพวกสินค้ามอลต์ รูปแบบการขนส่งวิธีเรือสินค้า เทกองมีต้นทุนรวมโลจิสติกส์ต่ำกว่าการขนส่งวิธีเรือตู้สินค้า แต่อย่างไรก็ตามควรพิจารณาถึงปัจจัย อื่นร่วมด้วย อาทิเช่น ระดับน้ำหรือช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการขนส่งด้วยเรือเทกองในแต่ละ ช่วงเวลาของปี

มูลค่าการส่งออกพลาสติกของประเทศไทยเติบโตขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องตามการเพิ่มขึ้นของประชากรและเศรษฐกิจโลก การศึกษาครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นที่จะศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการส่งออกสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทยและการศึกษาครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการส่งเสริมการส่งออกสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทยต่อไปในอนาคต การศึกษานี้เป็นการสร้างแบบจำลองแรงโน้มถ่วงเพื่อเป็นตัวแทนของการส่งออกสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทยไปยังประเทศต่างๆ โดยมีการเสนอแบบจำลองทางเลือกเพื่อทำการประเมินว่าตัวแปรด้านโลจิสติกส์ ได้แก่ ระยะห่าง เวลาที่ใช้ในการขนส่ง และต้นทุนที่ใช้ในการขนส่ง ตัวแปรใดเป็นตัวแปรที่ดีที่สุดของตัวแปรด้านโลจิสติกส์ ในการประมาณค่าแบบจำลองจะทำการศึกษาด้วยวิธี Pooled Regression Model, Fixed Effect Model และ Random Effect เพื่อหาแบบจำลองที่เหมาะสมที่สุด โดยใช้ข้อมูลแบบอนุกรมเวลา (รายปี) ของมูลค่าการส่งออกสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทย ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2547-2561 จากการศึกษาพบว่าตัวแปรระยะทางเป็นตัวแปรด้านโลจิสติกส์ที่เหมาะสมกับแบบจำลองมากที่สุด โดยมีปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการส่งออกผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกของประเทศไทย ได้แก่ ขนาดเศรษฐกิจของประเทศคู่ค้า การใช้ภาษากลาง และการใช้พรมแดนร่วมกัน

การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแรงจูงใจในการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและทำการศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ ปัจจัยด้านความรู้และการรับรู้ถึงปัญหาหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้ว และปัญหาขยะของกรุงเทพมหานคร รวมไปถึงปัจจัยด้านนโยบายและการรณรงค์ส่งเสริม ที่แตกต่างกันจะให้ผลทางด้านพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไป (5 ข้อ) ที่แตกต่างกันหรือไม่ โดยการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยกลุ่มประชาที่ทำการศึกษา คือ ผู้ที่ทั้งเคย และไม่เคยทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยได้อย่างถูกต้องถูกวิธีมาก่อน ซึ่งทำการสำรวจผ่านแบบสอบถาม Google form และได้รับข้อมูลต่อกลับทั้งสิ้น 400 ชุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยด้านประชากรณ์ศาสตร์ การที่มี รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน, จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน, สภาพที่อยู่อาศัย, ประวัติการติดเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 ของตนเอง และจำนวนวัคซีนตนได้รับที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไปแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ในส่วนของ ปัจจัยด้านความรู้และการรับรู้ถึงปัญหาหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้ว และปัญหาขยะของกรุงเทพมหานคร ทุกๆ ปัจจัยมีระดับพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไปแตกต่างกัน แต่ะจะมีบางข้อความรู้และการรับรู้ถึงปัญหาบางข้อเท่านั้นที่สามารถทำให้เกิดพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไปแตกต่างกัน ได้ทั้ง 5 ข้อ ในขณะที่ ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายและการรณรงค์ส่งเสริม พบว่า การส่งเสริมด้วยการให้ภาครัฐแจกถุงพลาสติก หรือให้ร้านค้าแจกถุงพลาสติก ที่สามารถใช้ในการคัดแยกขยะติดเชื้ออย่าง “หน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้ว” มีระดับพฤติกรรมการทิ้งหน้ากากอนามัยใช้แล้วแยกจากขยะทั่วไป ไม่แตกต่างกัน

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้จะเป็นการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุของรถบรรทุก 6 ล้อ บริษัทกรณีศึกษา เอบีซี วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายที่บริษัทต้องสูญเสียจากการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในแต่ละปี เช่นลดค่าเบี้ยประกันอุบัติเหตุในกรณีที่รถไม่เคยเกิดอุบัติเหตุในปีนั้นจะได้รับส่วนลดค่าเบี้ยประกันในปีต่อไป เพื่อประเมินปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการขับรถบรรทุกหกล้อของพนักงานและศึกษาพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงในการขับขี่ของพนักงานขับรถบรรทุกเพื่อจัดทำมาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไข ผู้ศึกษาได้ทำการศึกษารวบรวมปัจจัยและคัดเลือกประชากรสมมติฐานด้วยวิธีการ สุ่มเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จากปัจจัยหลัก 3 ปัจจัย ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านผู้ขับขี่ปัจจัยด้านยานพาหนะ ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยเมื่อนำเกณฑ์หลักการจัดลำดับมาใช้ในการศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธี การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบไบนารี (Binary Logistic Regression) ผู้ศึกษาจะใช้การสุ่มเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงแล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ คือ ความเร็วสูงสุดในการขับต่อเที่ยว และช่วงเวลาในการทำงานต่อวัน มีผลอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญทางสถิติ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการดำเนินการของแผนกส่งออกทางทะเลของบริษัทตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าแห่งหนึ่งโดยศึกษาด้วยเงื่อนไขการซื้อขายแบบ FOB, EXW และ CIF โดยงานใช้การศึกษากระบวนการทำงานโดยแผนผัง Flow chart และแผนผัง IDEFO เพื่อระบุกิจกรรมหลักทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างละเอียด นอกจากนี้ ศึกษาผ่านแบบสอบถาม พนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและลูกค้า เพื่อระบุปัญหาของกิจกรรมที่พบ ซึ่งจากการวิจัยพบว่าปัญหาที่สำคัญที่สุด 3 ประการคือ 1) ความคลาดเคลื่อนของต้นทุนขายและใบแจ้งหนี้ของสายเรือ 2) ความล่าช้าในการแก้ไขหรือยืนยันใบตราส่ง และ 3) ข้อผิดพลาดในการยืนยันการจองระวางเรือ โดยได้ใช้แผนภาพก้างปลาในการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาเหล่านี้ ซึ่งผลจากการศึกษานำไปสู่การนำเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงด้วยเครื่องมือ ECRS (การกำจัด, การรวบรวม, การจัดเรียงใหม่ และการทำให้ง่ายขึ้น)
