The aim of this study was to find out what impact has a company’s staff/employees in the customers’ level of overall satisfaction towards the company. Another purpose was to see how employees interrelate with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The method applied in this thesis was a questionnaire containing 25 questions. All the questions were formulated to examine directly how these respondents feel regarding employees who out to be a company’s most valuable asset. This paper tests a privacy calculus model for Facebook users. Privacy calculus means that individuals weigh a complex set of factors—including both costs and benefits—to decide whether to disclose personal information. Because information disclosure is closely related to use for many information technologies (IT), our privacy calculus model proposes that costs and benefits of user privacy will simultaneously influence users’ information disclosure and usage continuance intention. Based on past research, our model includes as ‘costs’ privacy concern and information sensitivity, while it includes as ‘benefits’ perceived usefulness, enjoyment, and trust. Computational Thinking (CT) has been described as a universally applicable ability such as reading and writing. In this paper, we describe an innovative pedagogy using Rapid Digital Game Creation (RDGC) for learning CT skills. RDGC involves the rapid building of digital games with high-level software that requires little or no programming knowledge. We analyze how RDGC supports various CT concepts and how it may be mapped to equivalent Java concepts by building the same game using both RDGC and Java. The author identifies eight workplace trends that are increasing individual isolation and destroying workplace-based social networks. After comparing two models of social networks, the author suggests specific steps workers and unions can take to protect solidarity at work.

Dispersion in working teams has been addressed by extant research mostly in terms of the physical distance that separates team members. Recently, the focus has shifted toward an examination of a newer construct –temporal dispersion (TD). The study of TD so far has been constrained mostly to conceptual work. This study furthers the understanding of TD through an empirical investigation of its relationship with open source software (OSS) team performance. This research is conducted to explore the determinants of accuracy in decision making and usage of Decision Making Tools (DMT) among managers in Malaysia. Based on the literature review, DMT have been effectively used in forecasting, analysing and evaluating business risks. 193 sets of questionnaire were distributed to prove the objectives and the hypotheses of this study. Results revealed that information accessibility influences accuracy in decision making. While, time pressure, behaviour of decision makers and DMT have weak relationship in influencing the accuracy in decision making. Lastly, recommendations on the usage of DMT have also been discussed in this research.
