The large economic potential of Indonesian aquaculture industry, especially in L.vannamei species, shows how vital it is to decide the correct aquaculture methods to maximize productivity. Bumi Pratama Mandira Village in Sungai Menang Region, South Sumatra is an area whose main economic activity comes from shrimp farming activity and mostly cultivating L.vannamei. The village located in one of the most remote regions in South Sumatra, limiting farmer access and present them with unique conditions for shrimp farming. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing activities as seen from the dimen- sions of entertainment, interaction, trendiness, customization, and word-of-mouth, on brand trust, brand equity and brand loyalty conducted by Instagram social media. The study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with a sample of 617 respondents who are Indonesian residents ranging in age from 17 to 35 years and have used Instagram social media for a minimum of six months. The study aims to analyse how the ownership structure of a family company affects the company’s performance. The company’s performance was measured using Tobin’s Q to see how the market re- sponds to strategies and policies taken by the family company. The study took samples of 147 family companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2014. The results showed that the family company had significantly lower performance compared to non-family companies, but the relationship between ownership by the family is a quadratic in which there is a direction reversal at the 76% ownership rate. Research Aims: We examine the intellectual capital (IC) performance and its connection with firm value. We also investigate whether the adoption of an enhanced quality standard MFRS 139 that affect recognition and measurement of financial instrument's fair values, moderates the relationship between IC performance and firm value. Design/methodology/approach: We used panel data analysis of listed financial institutions' data for 2005 - 2015 period. Research Aims: The present study aimed to examine the relationship between transformational leadership, job satisfaction and employee commitment to organisational change. Design/Methodology/Approach: Extension of a three-component model was employed. The study sample consisted of 474 employees in organisations undergoing a significant organisational change in Vietnam. The present study evaluates determinants of price multiples and their prediction accuracy usingordinary least square (OLS) regression and machine learning-based shrinkage methods for the South East Asian markets. Price multiples examined in the research are price to earnings (P/Es), price to book (P/B), and price to sales (P/S). Data has been collected from Thomson Reuters Eikon. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of family ownership and family control ona firm’s dividend policy of publicly listed firms in Indonesia and Malaysia. This study applied thegeneralized least square panel data over 2003-2016 and considering the period of global financialcrisis 2008-2010. The results show that a firm with a higher percentage of family ownership paysmore dividend compared to non-family firms. The same effect applies to the percentage of familycontrol. This study aims to explore the comparative ability of forecasting models and the time series volatility of capital markets in Indonesia using JCI daily index data and sectoral indices from January 2010 to December 2014. The use of ARCH-family ARCH model (1.1) and GARCH (1.1) used to capture symmetrical effects, while TGARCH (1.1), EGARCH (1.1), APGARCH (1.1) on asymmetric effects. The results show that JCI return has an asymmetrical effect and the closest forecasting model is EGARCH (1.1). This research aims to analyze stakeholders mapping of PT Semen Padang, related to financial assistance (sponsorship) event. Stakeholders data obtained from interviewing staff of Public Relation and Secretary Unit. Data then classified into stakeholder matrix based on their power and interest to the company. Interview result shows that PT Semen Padang has provided lots of financial assistance to its stakeholders who submit the proposal through Public Relation and Secretary Unit. Unfortunately, the company still doesn’t have stakeholder map as a basis for consideration of granting this financial assistance. The purpose of this article is to review the implementation of ANRI Regulation No. 49 of 2015 concerning the Vital Archive Program Guidelines. Use qualitative models and case studies by comparing the application of vital archive programs with state and other regulatory bodies such as the United Nations.
