This study looked at the description of the time of the provision of medical records and the factors that cause delays in provision at X Hospital South Tangerang.This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used were 242 outpatient medical records which were measured at the time they were provided. The file was obtained for 6 days, starting Monday-Saturday from 09.30-12.00. Research Aims - This research intends to study the extent of work-life balance and the level of satisfaction among women teachers assigned in the northernmost part of the province of Surigao del Sur and to determine if there is a significant relationship between them. Research Aims: The current study proposes to fill in the gap in customer orientation literature by focusing on the relationship between customer orientation, employee rhetorical sensitivity and customer retention from the customer perspective. Design/methodology/approach: The questionnaires were distributed at the KLIA and KLIA2 among experienced customer of travel agency, where the respondents were selected using convenience sampling. Research Findings: The finding indicates that customer orientation and employee rhetorical sensitivity has positively influence customer retention. Additionally, employee rhetorical sensitivity partially mediates the relationship between customer orientation and customer retention. Research Aims: Using two countries as the object, this study aims to analyze the influence of technology readiness towards favorableness on online transportation consumers in Indonesia and Thailand. Design/methodology/approach: Empirical evidence for the research was derived from a survey that collected data from 500 students in Indonesia and Thailand, analyzed using Logit Biner method with the help of software SPSS. Research Findings: The result of this study shows that there were two hypotheses accepted, H1 (optimism influences favorableness) and H3 (insecurity has an effect on favorableness), while other hypotheses (H2 and H4) are not significant. Research Aims - This study was undertaken to extend existing literature by examining the mediating effect of trust in supervisors in the relationship between perceived interactional fairness in reward systems and organizational commitment. This paper investigates the impact of trade openness and financial openness towards informationefficiency of the ASEAN countries’ stock market. The sample consists of the five most developedstock markets in the ASEAN region – Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand, covering research period of 2000-2014. This study employs panel data analysis in the model. The result suggests that, when Singapore is excluded from the sample, de facto trade openness has a negative impact on information efficiency, while de facto financial openness has a positive impact on information efficiency. This study investigates the information flow between U.S. Dollar-Ringgit spot, forward and Nondeliverable Forward (NDF) exchange rates during the pre and post-U. S. Quantitative Easing (QE) exit. Our results show: First, there is a robust unidirectional causality from NDF to spot and NDF to forward in the post-QE period; Second, Malaysian Government Securities (MGS) has a vital role during the QE period while international reserve precedes the spot, forward and NDF exchange rates in the post-US QE exit. This paper identifies factors determining capital structure and estimates the speed at which firmsadjust to optimal debt in Malaysian and Indonesian manufacturing firms. It uses the difference Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) estimator and the partial adjustment model in a sample of 141 Malaysian and 96 Indonesian firms, which include many of the major manufacture companies in these economies. The results suggest the existence of dynamic capital structure in both countries, but differences in adjustment speed towards optimal debt and factors affecting the optimal debt levels are evident between these countries. We investigate the systemically important banks in the Indonesian financial system usingMultivariate GARCH Conditional Value at Risk (CoVaR). The systemic risk measurement, ΔCoVaR,defined as the change from CoVaR in its benchmark state as a one-standard-deviation event to itsCoVaR under financial distress. We estimate the systemic risk contribution using 21 commercialbanks from January 2007 to December 2018. Our study reveals that the top five ranking systemicbanks are dominated by state-owned banks, and its ranking is consistently the same in the periodbefore, during, and after the global financial crisis. Research Aims: To analyse the organisational commitment of pharmacists in Vietnamese enterprises, incorporating elements such as job satisfaction, leadership style and demographic variables. Design/Methodology/Approach: Based on a primary data sample, collected from 300 pharmacists in professional organisations (universities, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and drugstore chains), and a structural equation model (SEM). Research Findings: The results show that organisational commitment is significantly dependent on perceived job satisfaction, leadership styles and demographic variables by pharmacists. Predictors of pharmacists' organisational commitment differed significantly. Research Aims: Incorporating theories about psychological contracts and job characteristics, this research explores the relationship between different types of training events (i.e. on-the-job versus off-the-job training) and the turnover intention of female employees. Growth Need Strength (GNS) is a personality factor that strengthens this relationship. Design/Methodology/Approach: Empirical evidence for the research was derived from a survey that collected data from 221 female corporate officers in Vietnam, followed by a hierarchical regression. Cash Holding Or Net Debt, What Is Relevant For Indonesian Firms?, Himanshu Joshi

Paper investigates the firm level determinants of cash holdings by Indonesian firms. It also examines net debt as substitute measure for cash holding in firm’s financial policies. Sample comprises of 483 Indonesian companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange. Study finds that firms with robust cash flows, and higher cost of capital hold more cash. Firms holding greater noncash liquid assets have moderate cash holdings. Cash holding is most relevant for financially constrained firms, and growth firms. Net debt appears to be most relevant element for low growth firms. No hedging firms are indifferent about their cash holdings and net debt.

Research Aims: This study investigates the impact of innovativeness on competitive advantage along with the role of human capital and entrepreneurship orientation as drivers for innovation. Design/Methodology/Approach: The sample consists of small and medium sized manufacturers in Malaysia. A total of 193 firms participated. Data were collected via mail and drop-off survey and analysed using multiple regression analysis. Research Findings: The findings indicate that innovativeness significantly and positively influences competitive advantage. Research Aims: We analyse the impact of lean operations implementation on the performance of an Indonesian shoe producer, identify key success factors of the implementation and propose further improvements to increase company performance Design/Methodology/Approach: A mix of quantitative and qualitative methods is employed.
