In this study, we examined the relationships between technology acceptance model (TAM) variables, gamification usage, and loyalty toward a social livestreaming platform, where gamification was adopted to enhance the viewing of an esports event. This thesis tracks the development of the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act/Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act, or FOSTA/SESTA, which became federal law in 2018. The law's passage followed as a natural consequence of popular concerns about human trafficking. Congress passed the legislation by large margins in both houses given bipartisan opposition to sex trafficking. This thesis identifies plausible reasons for the only two Senate votes against the bill: those of Senators Rand Paul and Ron Wyden. Machine learning models can be trained to classify time series based sports motion data, without reliance on assumptions about the capabilities of the users or sensors. This can be applied to predict the count of occurrences of an event in a time period. The experiment for this research uses lacrosse data, collected in partnership with SPAITR - a UNH undergraduate startup developing motion tracking devices for lacrosse. In this article, we employed a systematic mapping methodology to examine the existing literature at the intersection of technology, gender and organizations. While much has been written about gender in organizations, the research has not consistently considered that modern organizations are increasingly technology-driven - in technology may lie an underexplored lever that could help expand our understanding of gender issues at the workplace. This paper presents an analysis and extension of a graph based model for modeling and simulating the effects of such disruptions. The graph based model combines a Bayesian network approach for simulating risks with a network dependency analysis approach for simulating the propagation of disruptions through the network over time. สารนิพนธ์นี้เป็นการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของสเปรย์ฆ่าเชื้อโรคยืดอายุผลไม้ที่ผลิตจากกากกาแฟเหลือทิ้ง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการเสื่อมสภาพของผลไม้ที่มีอายุการเก็บรักษาสั้นทำให้เน่าเสียไว ผู้วิจัยได้สัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่พบปัญหาผลไม้เน่าเสีย และสำรวจข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคด้วยแบบสอบถามจำนวน 100 ราย โดยนำข้อมูลเหล่านี้ไปใช้ในการออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ (prototype) จากนั้นทำการสอบถามผู้บริโภคด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการยอมรับนวัตกรรมของผลิตภัณฑ์ จากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ผลจากแบบสอบถามพบว่า ผู้บริโภคให้ความสำคัญในประสิทธิภาพ และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่มีกลิ่นกาแฟหรือกลิ่นตกค้างใด ๆ เป็นอย่างมาก และเน้นความปลอดภัยไร้สารเคมีและมาตรฐานการรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์จาก อย. เป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดในการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้า โดยเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์สเปรย์ยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลไม้ที่ได้รับการทดสอบความสามารถในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาของผลไม้ได้ถึง 2 เท่าของระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาเดิมที่ 3 วัน เป็น 6 วันในสภาวะปกติที่อุณหภูมิห้อง ผลิตภัณฑ์มีอัตราการยอมรับจากผู้บริโภคอยู่ที่ 77.50% ด้านความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงินของธุรกิจ มีการใช้เงินลงทุนเริ่มต้น 26.1 ล้านบาท ธุรกิจมีผลตอบแทนโดยมี NPV (มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ) 49,274,122 บาท IRR (อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน) เท่ากับ 41 % และมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนของธุรกิจภายใน 1 ปี จึงสรุปได้ว่าสเปรย์ยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลไม้มีความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาสู่เชิงพาณิชย์

Technology variations among countries account for a significant part of their income differences. In this paper, a firm's technology choice is embedded in a search theoretic framework for unemployment. More advanced technology is assumed to have a higher setup cost, but it is more productive. The model is tractable and the following results are derived analytically. An increase in the unemployment benefit leads to an increase in the equilibrium wage rate, giving an incentive to firms to choose a more advanced technology. Thus, this result regarding unemployment insurance in models with wage posting carries through with Nash bargaining as well. …

CRM+ Demonstrates Previously Unexplored Interrelationships among Consumer-Perceived Manipulation, Brand Motives, Perceived Ethicality of the Cause-Related Marketing, and Brand Attitude. CRM+ Reveals that Perceived Ethicality of the CRM Has a Significant Positive Effect on Brand Attitude, Though It is Not as Pronounced as the Effect of Perceived Altruistic Motives. Egoistic Motives Decrease Ethicality Perceptions But Has No Direct Effect on Brand Attitude. Altruistic Motive Perceptions Diminish Egoistic Motive Perceptions.
