Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) has gained popularity among researchers in part due to its relaxed requirement for multivariate normality. One important step in performing structural equation modeling (SEM) is to test the normality assumption. In this paper, we illustrate how to assess univariate and multivariate normality in PLS-SEM using WarpPLS.

The impact of capital accumulation on job creation is an important and interesting issue in economic development. This model provides a general-equilibrium framework for studying technology choice with unemployment in a developing economy based on micro-foundations. Unemployment in the urban sector results from the existence of efficiency wages. Manufacturing firms engage in oligopolistic competition and choose technologies to maximise profits. A more advanced technology uses more capital and less labour. In the steady state, an increase in the amount of capital induces firms to choose more advanced technologies and the wage rate increases. IMSA's FTC Robotics Team, the FTC TITANS, was recently recognized at an educational STEM conference presenting to the student body of Orrington Elementary and invited to present at professional meetings for Molex and Caterpillar/Trimble Connectivity to spread robotics to almost 100 engineers and STEM professionals, both at the student and professional levels.

We have used STEM education and robotics to inspire over 6300 people across the globe. The team was recently awarded the 1st Place Connect Award for professional outreach and 2nd Place Inspire (Championship) Award and is excited to be competing at the State Competition.

My business research revolved around biosecurity and disease. My inquiry was led by the question How common are diseases in commercial swine units and how can they be prevented from a staff personnel standpoint?. I completed my research by gaining knowledge through experience in my internship, as well as a literature review. I could not find an explicit response to how common diseases are, but I did learn about biosecurity and disease prevention.

Digital transformation is regarded as a way to solve business problems in an organisation. However, the impact on the company’s hidden costs should also be more precisely analysed. This research relies on the socio-economic approach to management to describe the impact of digital transformation maturity growth on hidden costs in a Chinese manufacturing company. This paper combines the case study research method with some quantitative techniques by conducting correlation analyses of staff turnover, low-quality work and occupational injuries and diseases. This study provides a systematic literature review of blockchain technology in the food industry with a supply chain lens. We identify primary and sub-themes, discuss implications and applications in terms of delivering value and propose literature-informed future research directions. This review uncovered three primary themes: a) Value Creation; b) Supply Chain Digitization; and c) Transformation. It demonstrates that digitalizing food networks with blockchain technology may benefit from increased stakeholder involvement and data visibility to gain competitive advantage. Beyond the theoretical contributions, this research provides a methodological contribution by demonstrating the uses of machine learning techniques to perform systematic literature reviews.

สารนิพนธ์นี้ฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมะม่วงเพื่อสุขภาพโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีเอนไซม์ลดปริมาณน้ำตาลซูโครสและเสริมพรีไบโอติก และศึกษาความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่ตอบสนองต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงศักยภาพของตลาดน้ำมะม่วงเพื่อสุขภาพ ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์แนวทางการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมทั้งปัจจัยภายในและภายนอก เพื่อการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจ กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด การสร้างแบรนด์ และการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเพื่อทราบถึงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคและการยอมรับในผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 20 คน และวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 129 คน โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือกลุ่มคนรักสุขภาพและกลุ่มคนที่ควบคุมน้ำหนัก ซึ่งต้องการเครื่องดื่มผลไม้ที่รสชาติอร่อยและมีประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพในราคาที่ 30 บาท ปริมาณ 250 มิลลิลิตร และราคา 120 บาท ปริมาณ 1,000 มิลลิลิตร และสะดวกต่อการซื้อในช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายในร้านสะดวกซื้อ ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และช่องทางออนไลน์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ามีความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ ทั้งในเรื่องของความพร้อมด้านเทคโนโลยีที่นำมาใช้ในการผลิต และโอกาสทางการตลาดที่มีแนวโน้มเติบโตของผลิตภัณฑ์ จากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงิน พบว่ามีความสามารถในการทำกำไรในอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) เป็นบวก และมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนภายใน 1.2 ปี ในขณะที่การศึกษาความต้องการทางการตลาดและการยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์พบว่าผู้บริโภคมีความต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมะม่วงลดน้ำตาล เนื่องจากมีความกังวลในเรื่องระดับน้ำตาลในมะม่วงที่อาจมีผลเสียต่อสุขภาพ ซึ่งงานวิจัยนี้มีโอกาสทางด้านการตลาดพัฒนาสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ได้

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากผู้จัดทำโครงการพบปัญหาในการรายงาน จัดเก็บ และติดตามข้อมูลในรูปแบบปัจจุบัน ผู้จัดทำโครงการจึงได้ศึกษาและพัฒนาต้นแบบกระบวนการ เพื่อช่วยปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้ดีขึ้น โดยกระบวนการนี้ช่วยลดระยะเวลาและขั้นตอนที่สูญเปล่าได้เป็นอย่างดี จากการศึกษาสามารถกล่าวได้ว่าระบบที่ผู้ศึกษาได้พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นระบบที่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในหน่วยงาน มีความสนใจต่อการใช้งานหากได้พัฒนาระบบนี้แล้ว นอกจากนี้ระบบดังกล่าวยังสามารถพัฒนาปรับปรุงให้มีความหลากหลายตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้อีกด้วย ผู้จัดทำโครงการจึงเห็นความสำคัญและปัญหา จึงได้ออกแบบการศึกษานี้เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบของกระบวนการ (Process) โดยการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบอันประกอบไปด้วย Line Official , Line Notify , Application Programing Interface (API), เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI), Google Sheet และ Looker Studio เนื่องจากผู้จัดทำโครงการเห็นว่าแพลตฟอร์มไลน์ (Line) เป็นแพลตฟอร์มหลักที่ใช้สื่อสารในองค์กรในปัจจุบัน จึงได้พัฒนาต้นแบบของระบบที่ประยุกต์ใช้กับแพลตฟอร์มที่ใช้อยู่เดิม ซึ่งจะช่วยสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่สามารถใช้งาน เข้าใจ เข้าถึงได้ง่าย และมีประโยชน์ ตามทฤษฎีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ในการออกแบบต้นแบบระบบนี้ได้ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจำนวน 10 คน นำมาปรับปรุงและออกแบบจนออกมาเป็นกระบวนการ (Process) ของต้นแบบของระบบ แดชบอร์ด และใช้วิธีตอบแบบสอบถามจากผู้ใช้งานจำนวน 100 คน เพื่อทดสอบการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี และนำข้อเสนอแนะ ไปพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบต่อไป จากการวิเคราะห์คุณค่าจากการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในองค์กร โดยการวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนพัฒนาระบบใหม่ในงบประมาณ 1,000,000 บาท พบว่าถ้าพัฒนาระบบนี้แล้วทางหน่วยงานจะมีระยะเวลาในการคืนทุนภายในเวลา 9 เดือน

This study focused on three main research objectives: analyzing the methods used to identify deceptive online consumer reviews, evaluating insights provided by multi-method automated approaches based on individual and aggregated review data, and formulating a review interpretation framework for identifying deception. The theoretical framework is based on two critical deception-related models, information manipulation theory and self-presentation theory. The findings confirm the interchangeable characteristics of the various automated text analysis methods in drawing insights about review characteristics and underline their significant complementary aspects.
