Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming Supply Chain Management (SCM), yet many organizations struggle to assess their readiness for AI adoption and to understand how AI capabilities develop across maturity stages. This dissertation addresses this gap by developing a Capability Maturity Model (CMM) for AI integration in SCM, grounded in Organizational Information Processing Theory (OIPT), the Resource-Based View, and related capability frameworks. The model provides a structured approach for evaluating an organization's information-processing requirements, resource configurations, and alignment needed for effective AI-enabled supply chain operations.

Toxic team cultures remain a pressing issue in high-pressure environments such as investment banking and consulting, where long hours, and hierarchical norms often undermine employee well-being and compromise project delivery. While such projects can preserve cultural heritage, revitalize communities, and stimulate economic growth, they often face significant challenges due to competing stakeholder priorities. The central problem addressed in this study is the lack of effective stakeholder management in adaptive reuse initiatives, which can result in project delays, inflated costs, and outcomes that overlook social sustainability.

The study examines bank credits to the private sector and the factors driving bank decisions in 25 Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) countries and 25 Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries, which are considered both developing and developed countries by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, with comparative stabilized economies. It focuses on the factors that influence banks to offer credit to the private sector. When Disaster Strikes Y’All Street: A Study On Cross-Sector Collaboration In Protecting U.S. Financial Critical Infrastructure, Rachael A. Zerr, John Friedlander

This exploratory research examines public-private collaboration between corporate security leaders and local emergency responders in the North Texas financial corridor known as “Y’all Street.” Using perception-based survey data from senior representatives in the private and public sectors, the paper evaluates partnership strength, preparedness activities, information sharing, and operational coordination. Findings indicate that collaborative practices such as facility tours, joint exercises, and emergency planning are present, but that partnership maturity remains uneven and is not yet fully standardized across the corridor. The research concludes that more formalized and institutionalized coordination will be necessary to strengthen resilience as the region’s financial significance …
