This research is an exploration of the contemporary dance community in Reykjaví­­k, Iceland. The research questions guiding this thesis were founded in a desire to understand how the dance community in Reykjaví­k creates its own agency and meaning within the city of Reykjaví­­k, as well as how the dance community in Reykjaví­k takes imported dance knowledge, localizes it and creates local meaning. With this goal of understanding the ways the community navigates the wider global dance network from its location as a northern island, I utilize concepts from the anthropology of globalization as well as dance anthropology. By utilizing dance education in the curricula, students are provided opportunities to be physically active and creative throughout the school day. When students are active and using their creative minds, they can learn and perform better on academic tasks. The cultural imagination of contemporary India is experiencing rapid change, especially among the middle classes. New communication technologies are being used to reach new audiences and spectators. This momentum of change has further facilitated blurring the strict boundaries between high and low, classical and folk, and Indian and Western cultural forms, creating multiple sites of amalgamation. This thesis examines how art can support and stimulate personal and social change. It addresses the natural and ever-present existence of conflict and analyzes how using the body as a tool for communication can viscerally represent themes of disagreement and resolution. The work of Israeli choreographers Yasmeen Godder and Hillel Kogan are analyzed in a case study to explore different methods of choreographing conflict. Both works successfully, yet contrastingly, demonstrate how the body adds power and emotion to an idea. Parallel to the research component of this thesis is the original choreographed work, Ecotones. El milagro de anaquillé (1927), a ballet project with libretto by Alejo Carpentier and music by Amadeo Roldán, originated at the intersection of avant-garde art, afrocubanismo, and ethnography. Inspired by the aesthetic experimentation of Les Ballets Russes and Les Ballets Suédois in Europe, Carpentier and Roldán adopted ballet as a vehicle for introducing avant-garde trends in Cuba. Their work referenced two revolutionary ballets: Rite of Spring and, more importantly, Parade. Seeking to restage an Abakuá ritual, their project illustrated the artistic output of afrocubanismo as well as the movement’s ethnographic approach to the study of black culture. Character development is a large component of ballet performance that is integrated into each rehearsal process leading up to the show. In this year’s production of The Nutcracker, I danced the role of Chinese Soloist. As I began my character development, I asked myself, “How does a Chinese girl dance?” When the question is asked about other roles, it is easy to respond; however, when the character is tied to a specific nationality it becomes much more difficult. This dissertation examines the manner in which postminimalist compositional techniques such as phasing, polymeter, etc., can be used to aid the creation of music for dance. The Australian dance theatre collective, Remnant Dance, was established with a vision to ‘create, make, connect’ through artistic practice and performances. Remnant Dancers have generated unexpected social networking and community development whilst exploring connectivity through dance in the collective environment. In particular, during 2015/2016, Remnant Dance ventured into ambitious creative territory by inviting 22 artists from the fields of music, contemporary dance, and visual/multi-media arts to collaborate in response to fragments of literary texts, matched with wines. There has been a dangerous gap between American and Chinese perceptions of Chinese foreign policy, a gap contributing to acceptance of the Thucydides Trap. With the help of a theoretical framework and empirical evidence, this paper aims to summarize and understand the differences, in an effort to help overcome them and prevent a self-fulfilling prophecy. The author identifies five variables that shape perceptions and then categorizes Chinese foreign policy along several dimensions. Researchers have tried to predict winning percentages for the National Hockey League (NHL) teams based on their performance in the previous seasons. However, these predictions have not been very accurate. This study hypothesizes that incorporating pair-wise game-level data with season-level data can be useful in improving the prediction of a team’s win percentage. Season-level data and pair-wise game-level data from the 2005-2006 season to the 2015-2016 season has been used to predict winning percentages for the pairs in each of the following seasons. Significant results were not found for any of the pair-wise game-level data variables except for two pair-wise …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเล่าเรื่องเชิงปฏิสัมพันธ์ในเกมวิชวลโนเวลประเภทเกมจีบหนุ่มบนสมาร์ตโฟน พฤติกรรมการเล่นเกม การสืบค้นข้อมูลและการสื่อสารบนสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตของผู้เล่นเกมวิชวลโนเวลประเภทเกมจีบหนุ่มบนสมาร์ตโฟน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธี การวิเคราะห์เรื่องเล่า การวิเคราะห์ตัวบท การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม และการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกมจีบหนุ่มบนสมาร์ตโฟนมีลักษณะเนื้อเรื่องไม่ซับซ้อน และใช้วิธีการเล่าเรื่องเหมือนกับนิยายประเภทรักโรแมนติกโดยทั่วไป แต่มีการใช้คุณสมบัติของความเป็นเกมและการนำเสนอผ่านสื่อสมาร์ตโฟนมาเป็นองค์ประกอบเสริมเพื่อให้ผู้เล่นรู้สึกเหมือนกับว่าตัวเองได้สวมบทบาทเป็นตัวละครนางเอกของเรื่อง ได้แก่ การตั้งชื่อตัวละครเพื่อแทนตัวผู้เล่น การเล่าเรื่องโดยใช้มุมมองบุคคลที่ 1 เพื่อให้ผู้เล่นรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่อยู่ในเกม และใช้การตัดสินใจเลือกตัวเลือกของผู้เล่นเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางของเนื้อเรื่องในเกม องค์ประกอบดังกล่าวทำให้ผู้เล่นรู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งกับเนื้อเรื่อง และรู้สึกได้ว่าตัวเองมีบทบาทในการสร้างเนื้อเรื่องภายในเกม ด้านพฤติกรรมขณะเล่น ผู้เล่นทุกคนมองว่าตัวละครเป้าหมายเป็นเพียงตัวละครตัวหนึ่งในเนื้อเรื่องของเกมเท่านั้น ไม่มีตัวตนจริงและไม่สามารถสามารถทดแทนคนรักในชีวิตจริงได้ ด้านพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ ผู้เล่นโดยทั่วไปนิยมเล่นเกมเพียงอย่างเดียวโดยที่ไม่เข้าไปมีปฏิสัมพันธ์บนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์อื่นๆ นอกจากช่องทางของผู้ผลิตเกม เนื่องจากเกมจีบหนุ่มเป็นเกมที่สามารถเล่นคนเดียวได้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องขอความช่วยเหลือจากผู้เล่นคนอื่น แต่ก็พบว่าบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ยังคงมีช่องทางสำหรับพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกันระหว่างผู้เล่น

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของตัวละครที่แสดงความเป็นตลาดในการแสดงละครรำ และกลวิธีการแสดงความเป็นตลาดในการแสดงละครรำ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน (Mixed Method Research) (มุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเอกสารทางวิชาการ ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ ภาพถ่ายและสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การสังเกตการณ์ การฝึกปฏิบัติ การสนทนากลุ่มย่อย ประกอบประสบการของผู้วิจัย) สรุปผลการวิจัยด้วยรูปแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ โดยศึกษาเฉพาะตัวละครที่มีบทบาทความเป็นตลาดในการแสดงละครรำในรายการศรีสุขนาฎกรรมของกรมศิลปากร ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2518-พ.ศ. 2559 (30 กันยายน 2559) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความเป็นตลาดเป็นการแสดงพฤติกรรมไม่สำรวมด้วยอารมณ์ความรู้สึกนึกคิด คำพูดและกิริยาท่าทางของตัวละครที่เป็นตัวแทนมนุษย์ซึ่งเป็นพฤติกรรมที่มีอยู่ในทุกตัวละคร องค์ประกอบของตัวละครที่แสดงความเป็นตลาดประกอบด้วย 4 ปัจจัยได้แก่ 1) ความขัดแย้งของตัวละคร 2) พื้นฐานของตัวละคร 3) สถานการณ์ของตัวละคร และ 4) เพลงที่แสดงความเป็นตลาดของตัวละคร กลวิธีการแสดงความเป็นตลาด มี 2 กลวิธีได้แก่ 1) การสวมวิญญาณความเป็นตลาดในการแสดงละครรำ 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตีความบทบาทและอารมณ์ของตัวละคร และขั้นตีบทประกอบลีลาท่ารำและอารมณ์ความรู้สึกของตัวละคร 2) กลวิธีการแสดงความเป็นตลาดในการแสดงละครรำ มี 2 กลวิธีได้แก่ กลวิธีได้แก่ กลวิธีการแสดงความเป็นตลาดตามขนบละครรำของกรมศิลปากร (จารีตละครหลวง) 2 รูปแบบ คือ รูปแบบละครจารีตและรูปแบบละครตลาด และกลวิธีการแสดงความเป็นตลาดนอกขนบละครรำของกรมศิลปากร (นอกจารีตละครหลวง) ที่ปรากฎเฉพาะในการแสดงละครนอก 2 ประเภท คือ การเพิ่มเติมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการแสดงความเป็นตลาด ความเป็นตลาดเป็นสิ่งที่มีอยู่ในอุปนิสัยของมนุษย์ทุกระดับชั้น โดยมีกรอบมารยาททางสังคมเป็นแบบแผนให้ยึดถือปฏิบัติหรือเป็นเครื่องกลั่นกรอง หากมีสถานการณ์มากดดันอารมณ์ให้เกิดความรู้สึกรัก โลภ โกรธ หลง ก็จะส่งผลให้มนุษย์มีปฏิกิริยาทางอารมณ์และแสดงพฤติกรรมโต้ตอบอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด แต่เมื่อความเป็นตลาดปรากฏเป็นบุคลิกลักษณะ อารมณ์และความรู้สึกนึกคิดของตัวละคร ตัวละครก็ย่อมแสดงพฤติกรรมเช่นเดียวกับมนุษย์ หากแต่แสดงให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบแบบแผนทางการแสดงละครแต่ละประเภทอย่างเคร่งครัด ความเป็นตลาดในละครรำเป็นงานวิจัยที่ค้นพบองค์ความรู้ใหม่หรืองานวิจัยเริ่มแรก (Original research) ที่ยังไม่มีผู้ใดได้ทำการศึกษาไว้ก่อนแล้ว (Knowledge gaps) ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อวงวิชาการและวิชาชีพนาฏยศิลป์ไทย โดยเฉพาะการ แสดงละครรำและประยุกต์ใช้กับละครประเภทอื่น ๆ ด้วย

การแสดงในพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันกีฬา คือ การแสดงที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพิธีการซึ่งมีรูปแบบสวยงามตระการตา มีเนื้อหาสื่อถึงอัตลักษณ์ของเจ้าภาพด้วยศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม เทคโนโลยี โดยมุ่งเน้นสันติภาพของมนุษยชาติ งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดและรูปแบบการแสดงในพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันกีฬา และเพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดการสร้างสรรค์การแสดงในพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันกีฬา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การแสดงในพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันกีฬามีขึ้นครั้งแรกเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2439 ในการแข่งขันกีฬาโอลิมปิกสมัยใหม่และพัฒนามาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งมีแนวคิดและรูปแบบการแสดงแบ่งได้เป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะเริ่มต้น เป็นระยะที่มีนำนาฏกรรมที่มีอยู่เดิมร่วมแสดงกับกีฬา ระยะพัฒนา เป็นระยะที่มีการออกแบบการแสดงเป็นสัญลักษณ์ทางกีฬาและการแสดงออกทางวัฒนธรรมและ ระยะเทคนิคและความบันเทิง เป็นระยะที่นำเสนอการแสดงที่หลากหลาย เน้นการเล่าเรื่องราวที่สำคัญต่อโลก การแสดงอัตลักษณ์ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง ผ่านรูปแบบการแสดงทั้งที่เป็นแบบจารีตประเพณีและสร้างสรรค์ขึ้นใหม่ตามแบบนาฏกรรมแห่งยุคสมัย โดยแนวคิดดังกล่าวถือเป็นต้นแบบให้กับการแสดงในพิธีเปิดกีฬาเอเชียนเกมส์ กีฬาซีเกมส์ กีฬาแห่งชาติและกีฬาโรงเรียนของไทยอย่างชัดเจน ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวคิดการสร้างสรรค์การแสดงในพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันกีฬา คือ นโยบาย ระบบการบริหารจัดการ วิสัยทัศน์ ศักยภาพ ประสบการณ์สุนทรียะของผู้ออกแบบ การคัดเลือกสิ่งสนับสนุนการแสดง นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และสื่อ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงลักษณะของกีฬาที่ปรากฏออกมาในรูปแบบของนาฏกรรม การแสดงในพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันกีฬาได้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามบริบทสังคมโลก อีกทั้งเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการแสดงความเป็นชาติหรือชุมชนที่สื่อถึงเกียรติภูมิ เสรีภาพ อัตลักษณ์ รวมถึงสะท้อนมิตรภาพและภราดรภาพ เพื่อจรรโลงสันติภาพของโลก

การศึกษาสถานภาพของงานนาฏกรรมในรัชกาลที่ 3 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ที่มุ่งศึกษาปัจจัยทางสังคมที่มีผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงงานนาฏกรรม โดยมุ่งที่จะศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์นาฏกรรมในรัชกาลพระบาทสมเด็จพระนั่งเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2367 - 2394 โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยผสมผสาน ที่ได้รวบรวมและค้นคว้าเอกสารชั้นต้นและชั้นรอง และหลักฐานทางประวัติศาสตร์และโบราณคดี ประเภทจิตรกรรมและประติมากรรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่างานนาฏกรรมในรัชกาลที่ 3 ยังคงปรากฏอยู่ในราชสำนักและนอกราชสำนัก มีหน้าที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของสังคมในเชิงพิธีกรรมและความบันเทิง แม้ว่าพระบาทสมเด็จพระนั่งเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวมิได้ใส่พระราชหฤทัยและให้ความสำคัญเรื่องงานนาฏกรรมมากนัก แต่กลับทำให้รูปแบบนาฏกรรมของหลวงเผยแพร่ไปสู่วังของเจ้านายและเรือนของขุนนาง จนทำให้มีการละเมิดธรรมเนียมราชสำนักเรื่องการมีละครหรือมโหรีผู้หญิงประดับเกียรติยศ นอกจากนี้ปัจจัยจากสภาพสังคม เช่น ระบบเศรษฐกิจ ระบบไพร่ การขยายตัวของพระนคร ความหลากหลายทางเชื้อชาติและศาสนา เป็นผลให้นาฏกรรมกระจายตัวโดยแพร่หลาย ประชากรมีรายได้เพิ่มมากขึ้นจนสามารถใช้จ่ายเพื่อความบันเทิงและการพนันได้ ปรากฏพิกัดการกระจายตัวของนาฏกรรมทั่วไปในพระนคร เมืองประเทศราชและหัวเมืองสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะวัดที่สร้างและปฏิสังขรณ์ในรัชกาลที่ 3 มากกว่า 53 วัด เป็นแหล่งที่ต้องใช้นาฏกรรมเป็นมหรสพสมโภชเมื่อเฉลิมฉลองและวันสำคัญทางศาสนา รูปแบบและวิธีแสดงนาฏกรรมที่ประกอบด้วยบริบทต่าง ๆ ยังคงแสดงตามแบบจารีตดั้งเดิม แต่ส่วนที่แปรเปลี่ยนจากเดิมคือกลุ่มนายทุน กลุ่มการจัดการ กลุ่มนักแสดง และกลุ่มผู้ชม การที่นาฏกรรมยังคงมีกลุ่มผู้จัดแสดงอย่างต่อเนื่องทำให้ งานนาฏกรรมได้รับการสืบทอดจวบจนปัจจุบัน นาฏกรรมในรัชกาลที่ 3 จึงเป็นวิถีทางหนึ่งที่ช่วยอนุรักษ์งานนาฏกรรมให้มีการต่อยอดและสร้างสรรค์งานที่หลากหลายได้เพิ่มมากขึ้นอย่างมีคุณภาพตราบจนทุกวันนี้

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการของการแสดงความตลกในนาฏกรรมไทย โดยมุ่งเน้นนาฏกรรมที่ปรากฏในสมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ และศึกษากลวิธีการสร้างสรรค์ความตลกในรายการโทรทัศน์ไทย ผ่านการศึกษารายการประเภทต่าง ๆ ที่ออกอากาศ ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2560 การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็น การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในรูปแบบการวิเคราะห์สาระและการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผ่านกระบวนการเก็บข้อมูล จากเอกสารต่าง ๆ การสังเกตการณ์แบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับ การสร้างสรรค์ความตลกในนาฏกรรมไทย นอกจากนี้ผู้ศึกษาได้ดำเนินการศึกษาผ่านการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการแสดงศึกษา จำนวน 40 คน ผลการศึกษาพัฒนาการของการแสดงความตลกในนาฏกรรมไทยในสมัยรัตนโกสินทร์พบว่าบทบาทการแสดงความตลกสะท้อนให้เห็นผ่านการแสดงประเภทต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ การสวดพระ การสวดคฤหัสถ์ เพลงออกภาษา การแสดงละครนอก การแสดงจำอวด ละครเสภา ละครชาตรี ละครพันทาง ละครสังคีต การแสดงตลกโขน ระบำตลก การแสดงลิเก ละครพูดชวนหัว การแสดงละครย่อย (การเล่นหน้าม่าน) ตลกคาเฟ่ และละครตลกสถานการณ์ทางโทรทัศน์ นอกจากนี้ยังปรากฏผ่านวรรณกรรมเช่น บทละครนอก บทละครเรื่องระเด่นลันได และบทละครสุขนาฏกรรมในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 6 ในปัจจุบันจะพบว่ารายการโทรทัศน์ประเภทต่าง ๆ มักนำความตลกเข้าไปเป็นตัวขับเคลื่อนรายการเพื่อให้เกิดความสนุกสนานและการได้รับ ความนิยมจากสังคม ผลการศึกษากลวิธีการสร้างสรรค์ความตลกในรายการโทรทัศน์ไทย จำนวน 8 รายการ ตามกลวิธีที่ได้สร้างขึ้นนั้น พบว่ารายการที่อิงจากความจริง ประเภทข่าว นิยมสร้างอารมณ์ขันผ่านกลวิธีการล้อเลียนเสียดสีมากที่สุด ส่วนรายการประเภทอิงจากความจริง ประเภทสารคดีบันเทิง รายการให้ความบันเทิง ประเภทประกวดแข่งขัน รายการให้ความบันเทิง ประเภทสนทนา นิยมใช้กลวิธีการสร้างความตลกด้วยกลวิธีการเล่นตลกกับภาษามากที่สุด ทั้งนี้การนำความตลกมาเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญในรายการ มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่หลากหลาย อาทิ เพื่อสะท้อนทัศนคติ มุมมองเชิงความคิด และที่สำคัญคือเพื่อขับเคลื่อนรายการให้น่าสนใจและต้องกับรสนิยมของคนไทยที่นิยมความสนุกสนานรื่นเริงและนิยมการลดระดับสิ่งที่เป็นความจริงจัง

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาพัฒนาการของการฝึกฝนนาฏกรรม และวิเคราะห์สถานภาพของการฝึกฝนและสร้างสรรค์นาฏกรรมของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยได้เริ่มจากศึกษาหลักสูตรนาฏกรรมของนานาชาติ ได้แก่ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา อังกฤษ จีน และ การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านนาฏกรรมตั้งแต่สมัยอยุธยาจนถึงพ.ศ.2561 กับการศึกษาสถานภาพและทิศทางของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีต่อนาฏกรรมตั้งแต่ก่อตั้งจนถึง พ.ศ. 2561 จากการวิจัยพบว่า การฝึกฝนนาฏกรรมของประเทศต่าง ๆ ได้พยายามปรับตัวให้เข้ากับโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21 เน้นการสร้างทักษะตามแบบของเครือข่ายองค์กรความร่วมมือเพื่อทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 เน้นการบูรณาการข้ามศาสตร์ และทักษะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ โดยมีจุดร่วมหลายประการที่สถาบันอุดมศึกษาด้านนาฏกรรมของไทยสามารถนำมาปรับใช้ได้เป็นอย่างดี การฝึกฝนนาฏกรรมสมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยามาจนถึงระบบอุดมศึกษาของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยนั้น มีพัฒนาการมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง จากระบบอุปถัมภ์ ซึ่งเป็นระบบการเรียนแบบดั้งเดิม มาถึงระบบการศึกษาในสถาบันที่ดำเนินไปตามหลักสูตรแบบเน้นกระบวนการคิด โดยผู้วิจัยสามารถแบ่งยุคทางด้านนาฏกรรมของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยออกเป็น 6 ยุค ได้แก่ ยุคบุกเบิก ยุคกิจกรรมงานละครวันปิดภาค ยุคนาฏกรรมในระบบการเรียนการสอนและละครประจำปีของแต่ละคณะ ยุคฟื้นฟูศิลปวัฒนธรรม และยุคนิเวศนวัตกรรม ผลการวิจัยแสดงว่า จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยเป็นเสมือนต้นแบบที่สำคัญ 4 ประการด้วยกัน เป็นจุดเชื่อมระบบการถ่ายทอดนาฏกรรมแบบดั้งเดิมสู่ระบบการศึกษาแบบสถาบัน เป็นจุดผสานระหว่างวัฒนธรรมไทยและตะวันตก เป็นแหล่งเผยแพร่แนวคิดทางนาฏกรรมที่หลากหลาย และเป็นแบบอย่างของการฝึกฝนและพัฒนานาฏกรรมในประเทศไทย และในสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21 จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยก็ได้สร้างแนวคิดการบูรณาการข้ามศาสตร์ด้านนาฏกรรมขึ้นเป็นแห่งแรกในประเทศไทย อันเป็นวิถีที่เคยเกิดขึ้นมาแล้วในอดีต ด้วยรูปแบบการสร้างนาฏกรรมร่วมกันของนิสิตและคณาจารย์ทุกคณะซึ่งประสบผลสำเร็จเป็นอย่างมาก จึงกล่าวได้ว่าจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยเป็นแหล่งบ่มเพาะทางนาฏกรรมของชาติโดยแท้จริง

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษานาฏกรรมของคนจีนโพ้นทะเล และพัฒนาการนาฏกรรมในเทศกาลตรุษจีนปากน้ำโพ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2460-พ.ศ. 2560 ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นาฏกรรมของจีนโพ้นทะเลมีอยู่ทั่วไปในโลก ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 3 ประเภท คือ นาฏกรรมดั้งเดิม นาฏกรรมปรุงแต่ง และนาฏกรรมสร้างขึ้นใหม่ ดังเช่นเดียวกับที่พบในชุมชนจีนโพ้นทะเลปากน้ำโพ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ที่มีนาฏกรรมในเทศกาลตรุษจีนเป็นประจำทุกปี ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2460 มาจนถึงปัจจุบัน เทศกาลนี้เริ่มต้นขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2460 โดยการอัญเชิญเทวรูปศักดิ์สิทธิ์จากศาลเจ้าออกมาแห่ไปตามท้องถนนด้วยการนำของขบวนดนตรี เพื่ออำนวยพรให้ประชาชนที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อน จากการแพร่ระบาดของอหิวาตกโรคในครั้งนั้น เหตุการณ์นี้จึงได้กลายมาเป็นการปฏิบัติประจำปี อีกทั้งยังมีศิลปะการแสดงประเภทต่าง ๆ เพิ่มเข้ามาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้นเทศกาลนี้จึงแบ่งประเภทของนาฏกรรมที่เข้ามาได้ตามการเพิ่มของคนในชุมชนเป็น 3 ช่วง คือ วัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิม วัฒนธรรมออกภาษา และวัฒนธรรมนำเข้า ปัจจุบันนาฏกรรมในเทศกาลนี้จัดเป็นรูปแบบขบวนแห่ ตามท้องถนน ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ขบวนรถที่อัญเชิญวัตถุมงคลสำคัญ เทวรูป สัตว์มงคล องค์สมมติ เจ้าแม่กวนอิม ละครเชิงศาสนา ป้ายอำนวยพร รวมถึงขบวนแห่ของนาฏศิลป์และดนตรีด้วย นาฏกรรมในเทศกาลนี้เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการแสดงอัตลักษณ์ของชุมชนจีน เพื่อธำรงไว้ซึ่งความยั่งยืนแห่งวิถีชีวิต ศาสนา ประเพณี ศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม จากอดีตผ่านมากว่า100 ปี สืบไปในอนาคต

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนาฏกรรมกับการปกครอง และการประกอบสร้างนาฏกรรมตามนโยบายการปกครอง โดยเน้นที่ผู้นำที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม และนาฏกรรมไทย ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2468-2516 ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ในการค้นคว้าและรวบรวมเอกสารทั้งชั้นต้น และชั้นรอง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การสังเกตการณ์จากสื่อ และสนทนากลุ่มย่อยกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตามศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษา พบว่า นาฏกรรมกับการปกครองมีความสัมพันธ์กัน 6 ประการ คือ ความหมาย รูปแบบ เนื้อหา สาระสำคัญ บทบาท และการเปลี่ยนแปลง นาฏกรรมเป็นเครื่องมือหนึ่งที่แสดงสัมพันภาพให้เห็นอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ทั้งต่อบุคคล สังคม และการปกครอง ผู้นำจึงใช้คุณสมบัติพิเศษของนาฏกรรม คือ การโน้มน้าวจิตใจ เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมสังคม ค่านิยม และอุดมการณ์ตามที่ตนคาดหวัง เมื่อสังคมเกิดจุดวิกฤตสู่การปฏิวัติการปกครอง และวัฒนธรรม จึงเกิดการล้มล้างนาฏกรรมเดิม และสร้างนาฏกรรมเพื่อเผยแพร่นโยบายของผู้นำใหม่ แต่ปรากฏการณ์ของนาฏกรรมไทยตามนโยบายการปกครอง ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2468-2516 มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง 8 ระยะ คือ 1. พระราชมรดกนาฏกรรม รัชกาลที่ 6 2. นาฏกรรมเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ 3. ยุตินาฏกรรมหลวง และสร้างกระแสนาฏกรรมราษฎร 4. การสร้างภาพลักษณ์ประเทศด้วยนาฏกรรมราษฎร 5. นาฏกรรมต้านคอมมิวนิสต์ (1) สร้างกระแสนาฏกรรมราชสำนัก 6. การสร้างภาพลักษณ์ประเทศด้วยนาฏกรรมหลวง7.นาฏกรรมต้านคอมมิวนิสต์ (2) 8. นาฏกรรมเพื่อการเรียกร้องประชาธิปไตย รูปแบบของนาฏกรรมไทยตามนโยบายการปกครองมี7ประเภทคือ 1. โขน 2. ละคร 3. รำ ระบำ 4. เพลง 5. การแสดงพื้นบ้าน 6. บัลเลต์ 7. ภาพยนตร์ เนื้อหาของนาฏกรรมตามนโยบายการปกครอง มี 3 ประเภท คือ ประวัติศาสตร์ ศาสนา และวีถีชีวิต ซึ่งแสดงลักษณะผู้นำ สถานการณ์ของปัญหา แนวคิด และแนวทางปฏิบัติพัฒนาสังคม การประกอบสร้างนาฏกรรมตามนโยบายการปกครอง เป็นการสร้างสรรค์นาฏกรรมจากข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่สอดคล้องกับผู้นำ เหตุการณ์ของสังคม นโยบายการปกครอง และวัตถุประสงค์ของที่สร้างงาน …
