ملخص

تعتبر الضريبة الانتقائية من الضرائب الجديدة التي فرضت في دول الخليج العربي، وتسهم هذه الضريبة في زيادة وتنويع مصادر الدخل المالي، وتعديل الأنماط السلوكية الاستهلاكية، وتقنين استهلاك السلع الضارة بصحة الإنسان، وعلى ذلك فإن هذا البحث يهدف إلى بيان مفهوم الضريبة الانتقائية وأهميتها، وحكمها الشرعي.

عرضت هذه الدّراسة لأقوال القواريريّ في الجرح والتّعديل، مقارنةً بأقوال النّقاد، وذلك باستقراء أقواله في الرّواة المنقولة والخاصّة به، الصّريحة والضمنيّة، ودراستها دراسةً نقديّة بالمقارنة مع أقوال النّقاد، للتّعرف على مرتبة القواريريّ بين النقاد من التّشدد والتّساهل والاعتدال، وكونه مكثراً أو مقلاًّ، وقد تناولت الدّراسة تسعة وثلاثين قولاً: ثمانية عشر قولاً نقلها عن النّقاد، وواحداً وعشرين قولاً له، وقد وافق النّقاد في أغلب أحكامه، ممّا يُشعر بأنه كان من المعتدلين، وقد أبانت الدّراسة عن مكانته النّقديّة، ومرتبته بين النّقاد، وأهمّ مميّزات منهجه في النّقد.

As the most Muslim majority country, Indonesia has lots of problems with religious intolerance. This research poster aims to provide data on Indonesian Muslim students’ religious attitudes as well as the possible causes and the measures to tackle the problems. A desk research method was used to collect secondary data from previous studies. In his seminal Orientalism and Religion (1999), Richard King argues that Western scholars of religion have constructed a conceptual dichotomy between “mysticism” and “rationality” that has caused them to systematically distort the claims and arguments of Eastern thinkers. While King focuses primarily on Western scholarship on the Buddhist and Hindu traditions, this essay shows that his argument can also be extended to apply to Western scholarship on al-Ghazālī, whose sympathy for Sufism and apparent rejection of Greek philosophy has often earned him the reputation of being a champion of Islamic mysticism.
