There is a long history of debate regarding the validity of the Rorschach Inkblot test. Much of the previous research has involved adult subjects within clinical settings. This study investigates the validity of the Rorschach with adolescents classified as being emotionally disturbed according to the educational definition. School personnel and, particularly, school psychologists have the difficult task of identifying individuals who are emotionally disturbed (ED). It appears that a valid measure of covert processes may be helpful in making these determinations. Solomon, in advance of planned residential construction at the site. Two excavation areas (A, B) were opened. Area A, located at the northwestern edge of the tell and along its descending slope, revealed four stratigraphic layers.

This project discusses Indiana law addressing child abuse and abuse of endangered adults as it relates to the practice of psychology. Intended as a resource for 1 psychologists, this paper reviews important issues in the areas of child abuse and abuse of endangered adults, offers understandable explanations of the laws and procedures utilized in the application of these laws in Indiana, discusses ethical concerns related to confidentiality, and offers suppositions for public policy and advocacy by the profession. In addition, selected text of the Indiana Code is presented for future reference.

In 1991, an excavation was conducted at the eastern margins of Tel Zavat, under the direction of S. Yankelevich. Five stratigraphic phases were identified, dated to the Middle Bronze Age IIb, Late Bronze Age II, and the Hellenistic period. The excavation revealed tombs with accompanying grave goods, as well as the remains of structures and walls, a pit, ovens, and fragments of bricks and pottery.

This study was designed to determine whether children who, on the basis of their Rorschach Erlebnistypus score, were identified as being introversive or extratensive differed with respect to their approaches to certain novel problem-solving tasks. It was thought that the extratensives would characteristically manipulate the task materials more and make more mistakes than would the introversives, owing to the notion that the introversives internalize more of their manipulations and attempted solutions. Sixty-nine sixth and seventh graders at a university-run laboratory school were administered the Rorschach. In July–December 1982, salvage excavations were conducted at the Neve Noy neighborhood of Be'er Sheva, near the Bir Safadi site (map ref. 1789/5709). The excavations were directed by Y. Baumgarten and I. Eldar. Eight subterranean units that had been hewn in the loess soil were exposed, which were dated to the Chalcolithic period. Around them were many refuse pits containing pottery vessels, flint flakes, pebbles and ash. The entrances to the subterranean structures were through courtyards, from which tunnels branched out into rooms, most of which were square. In 1981, a salvage excavation was conducted in Tiberias, on a private plot owned by the Ella Brothers. The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums, was directed by R. Sivan and G. Solar. Remains of modern houses were discovered, which included sections of walls and stone paving. Below the modern walls were basalt walls built on top of basalt columns (diam. c. 30 cm), mostly made of drums placed one on top of the other. At the bottom of the walls, the excavation reached the water.
