Information and communication technology has been proven by scholars globally to be a crucial factor in moderating and effecting the effectiveness and proficiency of administration worldwide. Almost all experts from all works of life have proven that innovative use of ICT is a welcome development and a call for eradicating maladministration of all sectors.
