การแสดงขับร้องเดี่ยวระดับมหาบัณฑิตโดย อิสรพงศ์ ดอกยอ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอและถ่ายทอดบทเพลงร้องศิลป์ บทเพลงพื้นบ้าน และบทเพลงลูกทุ่งไทยต่อสาธารณชน โดยการแสดงขับร้องเดี่ยวในครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้คัดเลือกบทเพลงรวมทั้งสิ้น 11 เพลง แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเภทดังนี้ 1) บทเพลงร้องศิลป์ จำนวน 2 เพลง 2) บทเพลงพื้นบ้านภาษาอังกฤษ จำนวน 3 เพลง และ 3) บทเพลงลูกทุ่งไทยในหลายยุคที่มีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของไทยอย่างชัดเจน จำนวน 6 เพลง ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาค้นคว้าเกี่ยวกับประวัติความเป็นมาและได้วิเคราะห์บทเพลง อย่างละเอียด เพื่อนำมาตีความหมายและนำไปสู่การศึกษาและสังเคราะห์เป็นวิธีการขับร้อง ที่เหมาะสมกับบทเพลงในแต่ละประเภทโดยมุ่งประเด็นไปที่การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการขับร้อง ในบทเพลงร้องศิลป์และบทเพลงพื้นบ้านภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการต่อยอดและประยุกต์ กับการขับร้องบทเพลงลูกทุ่งไทยในรูปแบบการนำเสนอที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวและเหมาะสม กับการจัดแสดงในยุคปัจจุบัน

นวัตกรรมเครื่องดนตรีไทยลมรายเป็นงานสร้างสรรค์เครื่องดนตรีไทย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ความรู้ในการสร้างเครื่องดนตรีไทยลมรายและเพื่อสร้างสรรค์เครื่องดนตรีไทยลมราย โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และใช้เครื่องมือวิจัยแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้างร่วมกับการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม (participant observation) จากนั้นให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 11 คนประเมินผลนวัตกรรมเครื่องดนตรีไทยลมราย โดยจำแนกการประเมินเป็น 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ลักษณะทางภายภาพ น้ำหนัก คุณลักษณะเชิงดนตรี ความสามารถในการบรรเลงจริงและคุณภาพเสียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นวัตกรรมเครื่องดนตรีไทยลมรายเป็นเครื่องดนตรีประเภทเครื่องลมที่มีการกำเนิดลมและเสียงจากระบบลูกสูบโดยการใช้นิ้วกดลงบนแป้นกดลักษณะการบรรเลงเช่นนี้สะดวกต่อบุคคลทั่วไปและผู้ที่มีปัญหาทางด้านระบบหายใจ เครื่องดนตรีไทยลมรายมีช่วงเสียงกว้าง 4 ช่วงเสียงจึงสามารถบรรเลงเพลงไทย ปฏิบัติให้เกิดเสียงพร้อมกันมากกว่า 2 เสียงจนถึง 10 เสียง สามารถใช้ในการบรรเลงเดี่ยว การบรรเลงคู่ และการประสมวง ด้วยความโดดเด่นในโทนเสียงที่มีความหลากหลายและสามารถบรรเลงได้ทั้งทำนองหลักและทำนองประสาน จึงเป็นเครื่องดนตรีที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้บรรเลงสามารถจินตนาการและสร้างสรรค์ทำนองได้อย่างอิสระ และด้วยช่วงเสียงที่กว้างจึงสามารถสร้างอารมณ์ในบทเพลงได้มากขึ้นเครื่องดนตรีไทยลมรายสามารถบรรเลงพร้อมกับเครื่องดนตรีอื่นหรือสอดแทรกเพื่อสร้างความต่อเนื่องและความกลมกลืนให้แก่บทเพลง

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่องกลวิธีในการบรรเลงซออู้ในการแสดงหุ่นกระบอก เรื่องขุนช้างขุนแผน ตอนนางวันทองห้ามทัพ ของคณะหุ่นกระบอกเพาะช่าง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาและมูลบทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคณะหุ่นกระบอกเพาะช่าง เพื่อศึกษาหลักและกลวิธีการบรรเลงและทำนองซออู้ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การแสดงหุ่นกระบอกเกิดขึ้นในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 โดยได้รับความนิยมเรื่อยมาจนกระทั่งปี พ.ศ.2541 เกิดคณะหุ่นกระบอกเพาะช่างขึ้น ริเริ่มโดย ครูสุขสันต์ พ่วงกลัด ซึ่ง ครูชื้น สกุลแก้ว เป็นผู้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ก่อให้เกิดอัตลักษณ์ที่ชัดเจนทั้งเรื่องของดนตรีประกอบการแสดงที่มีซออู้บรรเลงร่วมกับวงปี่พาทย์จึงเกิดหลักการบรรเลง คือ 1) เทียบเสียงซออู้ให้เสียงสูงกว่าปี่พาทย์ 1 เสียง เพื่อสะดวกต่อการสีทำนองหุ่นกระบอก 2) สีลดเสียง 1 เสียงในเพลงที่บรรเลงร่วมกับวงปี่พาทย์ พบกลวิธีบรรเลงซออู้ทั้งหมด 11 กลวิธี ได้แก่ พรมปิด พรมเปิด การเกลื่อน สะบัด สะบัดเสียงเดียว ครั่น กระทบเสียง สีนิ้วชิด การประ การสะบัดเน้นเสียงแรกและการสียักเยื้อง ทำนองซออู้ที่ใช้กับการแสดงหุ่นจำแนกได้ 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ ทำนองหุ่นกระบอก ทำนองในเพลงหน้าพาทย์ ทำนองเพลงเกร็ด และทำนองเพลงร้องสองชั้น

Music Reminiscence In Music Therapy For Elderly Population: A Scoping Review Of The Literature, Jugyodsapatn Kwankeeree

The purpose of this scoping review was to summarize the specific music interventions and clinical goals utilized in music-based reminiscence for elderly population with and without neurocognitive disorders. Fourteen articles meeting the inclusion criteria were selected in this review. The results showed music-based reminiscence interventions were conducted by both music therapists and non-music therapists. Interventions implemented by music therapists showed a greater diversity based on numerous goal domains compared to non-music therapists. Music therapists assess various domains of health comprehensively, while other professionals mostly used music-based reminiscence intervention to address mainly the cognitive domain. This study investigated the beliefs, attitudes, and motivations towards English language learning among Thai and Chinese undergraduate students at Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU). Employing a mixed-method approach, this research utilized both quantitative and qualitative methods to discern and compare these students' experiences. The quantitative phase involved 332 students, selected through stratified random sampling, who completed comprehensive questionnaires based on a five-point Likert scale. The qualitative phase included 31 purposefully selected participants from the initial pool for semi-structured interviews. This study investigated the acquisition of English irregular past tense morphology by L1 Chinese learners. The participants consisted of 60 L1 Mandarin-speaking learners of English divided into two groups according to their English proficiency levels, i.e., the intermediate and the advanced levels. The methodology included a Fill-in-the-Blank Test, a Grammaticality Judgment Task, and an interview. Based on the Error Analysis Theory (Richards,1974 ; Ellis,1994), three research hypotheses were formulated. This study aimed to examine the factors that contributed to the consolidation of democracy in the Republic of Korea (South Korea) during 1987–1993. The research employed the threshold definition of the consolidation of democracy as the only game in town and focused on South Korean nationalist sentiment that influenced the movement within and outside the National Assembly. Intergenerational support refers to financial support and emotional support between parents and children. In South Korea and China, intergenerational support is significant in family relationships. This study examines the impact of intergenerational support influencing the elderly decision to work through an empirical research approach using data from CHARLS (China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study) and KLSoA (Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging). The Logit results showed that in South Korea, children’s financial support to parents and emotional communication between generations significantly impacted the elderly’s work choices. In China, the frequency of meetings between parents and children impacts the elderly’s work choices. …

This study explored communication competence, small-group communication competence, and the attitudes of lower secondary EFL students towards communication competence in an online project-based learning approach in Myanmar. The study used a mixed-methods research design that integrated surveys, semi-structured interviews, and observations. The study discovered that lower secondary EFL students' online communication competence was slightly high, approaching sufficing competence, while their small-group communication competence in online PBL learning settings was moderately high, approaching maximizing competence. The study predicted slightly high online communication competence and moderately high small-group communication competence within the parameters of the population. The thesis analyzes the migration of Koreans to the Perm region during the Korean enlightenment period. To achieve this goal, the theory of segmental migration was chosen, a hermeneutic approach and discourse analysis were used to analyze archival sources, as well as statistical methods and a database to study the social status of migrants and a comparative method to identify the characteristics of migration. The study was carried out using sources from the Perm State Archive, 1904-1910. Entrainment is a fundamental concept in music therapy, illustrating the profound influence of environmental rhythms on internal biological processes. It plays a pivotal role in music therapy as one of the key mechanisms for therapeutic change. Due to the wide variability in existing literature on the implementation of entrainment in music therapy, this scoping review aimed to summarize existing studies and identify key characteristics and outcomes addressed in this literature. Transition after graduation poses significant psychosocial challenges for adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), often exacerbated by the abrupt cessation of services and support programs. A potential intervention to address their needs is community music projects. This scoping review aims to summarize current practices, identify research gaps, and offer insights for music therapists, community leaders, and care providers by reviewing relevant literature on community music projects for adolescents and young adults with ASD. Out of 784 initially screened studies, 15 articles met the inclusion criteria. Studies were found to be predominantly conducted in the USA and utilized diverse research methodologies. …

This research examines how the historical Korean drama "Under the Queen's Umbrella" (2022) portrays modern Korean society. By comparing the societal depictions within the drama with contemporary Korean society, it analyzes the benefits and drawbacks of using historical dramas to represent modern social issues. The researcher primarily uses Stuart Hall's theory of representation as a framework. The study found that the scriptwriter of the drama created a representation of modern Korean phenomena through a cross-temporal representation, highlighting the intense competition within the education system, the dynamics of parental and family institutions, and human rights issues. Short train rail lines across the United States are seeing increased national funding to reduce toxic chemical spills caused by train derailments, the most notable of which happened in February 2023 in East Palestine, Ohio. A year prior, the film White Noise (2022) featured a similar toxic train derailment incident, taking place, too, in Eastern Ohio, and featuring actors from the town of East Palestine. In considering other films featuring trains, I identified a pattern of environmental conflict, leading me to question the relationship between trains and the natural environment as portrayed in popular cinema. Time As A “Built-In Headwind”: The Disparate Impact Of Portfolio Cross-Assessment On Black Tyc Students, Annie M. Del Principe

This study of a departmental portfolio cross-assessment practice sheds light on factors that appear to influence assessment outcomes for Black students and helps to tease out some of the reasons why this assessment ecosystem has a disparate impact on these students. The findings, drawn from student outcomes data and student survey data, suggest that it isn’t only, or even primarily, Black students’ linguistic variety that leads to higher failure rates. The writing qualities most commonly flagged on Black students’ failing portfolios are likely related to the very different material conditions in which they write their papers. Religiously Responsive Pedagogy In Christian Schools: A Qualitative Exploration Of Faculty Perceptions Of Faith Integration, Andrea R. Woodard

This qualitative study introduced a theoretical framework of Religiously Responsive Pedagogy (RRP) and explored the ways in which RRP is enacted in Christian schools, along with the barriers and supports that may exist for effective RRP within those schools. The study investigated PK-12 faculty perceptions of faith integration, responsiveness to students, and school support in order to develop this new framework. Twelve teachers participated in a semi-structured interview via Zoom, which included four scenarios to probe teacher perspectives on RRP. The data was coded recursively using Boeije’s (2002) constant-comparative method.
