قام الباحث في بداية هذه الدراسة بتعريف مفهوم النص لغةً واصطلاحاً وما يرتبط به، كخطوة تمهيدية نحو الولوج إلى عالم الدراسات النصية، ثم انتقل البحث في خطوة تالية ليعرض أبرز الأدوات والوسائل التي اعتمد عليها علماء التفسير المتقدمون، بخلفياتهم النحوية أو البلاغية أو غيرها، في تحليلاتهم النصية للقرآن الكريم. حيث لم يُغفل البحثُ الحديث عن أدوات الربط وما لها من أثر في إحداث التماسك والترابط بين أجزاء النص، فتم ابتداءً دراسة العطف بنوعيه: عطف الجمل وعطف القصة، مروراً بدراسة الحذف والسياق، وانتهاءً بدراسة الإحالة بأنواعها الضميرية، والإشارية، والموصولية. ولم يغفل البحث رفد التنظير بالتطبيق؛ من أجل التوصل إلى تطوير …

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أصل نشوء الدولة وآلياتها وأهدافها في فكر كل من ابن خلدون وتوماس هوبز، والفرق بينهما مع استجلاء الواقع العلمي التطبيقي لفكر الدولة بين النظريتين الإسلامية والغربية وللوصول إلى نتائج ذات أثر واقعي، استخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي ومنهج تحليل المضمون والمنهج المقارن. وكذلك برزت مشكلة الدراسة في سؤالها الرئيس والذي تم الإجابة عنه والذي تم فيه مقارنة فكر ابن خلدون وهوبز في فكرة الدولة.

تسهم الجمل المركبة في بيان التماسك بين أجزاء النص عموماً، والآيات القرآنية على وجه الخصوص، ومن هنا تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في إبراز المناسبة بين الآيات. وقد عمد الباحث إلى الوقوف على الجمل المركبة، وبيان معناها، وأثرها في إبراز الترابط، وبيان أوجه التناسب بين الآيات المبتناة من خلالها.

وقد تبين من خلال الدراسة مدى التناسب والترابط بين أجزاء الجمل المركبة، مع ما تضيفه هذه الجمل من تلاحم بين المعنى اللغوي والدلالة اللفظية.

يستعرض هذا البحث موضوعاً في غاية الأهمية ألا وهو تبرع المرأة بمالها دون إذن زوجها، وهي دراسة فقهية قانونية، سعت لإظهار أحكام هذا الموضوع، ولأجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الاستنباطي، والمنهج التحليلي من أجل تجلية مفردات البحث، والخروج برؤية شرعية عن موضوع الدراسة، وقد بيّن البحث أن للمرأة البالغة العاقلة الراشدة ذمة مالية مستقلة، وأن لها حرية التصرف بمالها في عقود التبرعات المالية دون اعتبار إذن الزوج في ذلك، حتى وإن زاد المال عن الثلث، وقد جاءت نصوص القانون الأردني مؤيدة لهذا الأمر.

توحيد الألوهية (العبادة) متضمن للربوبية، فمن عبد الله تعالى بالقبول والرضا، فمقر له بالنفع والضر ضرورة، يحتج بهذا المرجئة على العكس: أن المشرك بالألوهية هو كذلك مشرك في الربوبية، ومن ثم فإن الربوبية مناط شرك العبادة، فلا شرك إلا باعتقاد النفع والضر.

وهذا صحيح من حيث الأصل والحالة السوية؛ التي فيها العبادة عن رضا وقبول، وفيها الانسجام بين الظاهر والباطن، لكن كل أصل له استثناء، والحالة السوية قد تنقلب فيقع التخالف ما بين الظاهر والباطن، وحينئذ يمكن تصور شرك-وعبادة-بلا اعتقاد النفع والضر، فيشرك في الألوهية-ويوحد-دون اعتقاد الربوبية.

يحتل نقد الكتاب المقدس في الفكر الغربي مكانة مهمة. إذ ازداد الاهتمام به مع القرن السابع عشر على يد المفكرين الغربيين، ويعد مذهب الربوبية من أهمها. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان موقف توماس باين الربوبي من العهد القديم خلال البحث في منهجه النقدي وتحليل استخدام نقده الأدبي ونقده التاريخي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه تابع ابن عزرا وسبينوزا في نقده العهد القديم. ويُعتقد أنه يرى كل الكتب المنزلة ليست خالية من الأخطاء. ويعتمد نقده للوحي والنبوة على معتقداته خلافًا للدليل أو المرجع العلمي أحيانًا.

A first-person narrative essay is presented through a critically reflexive auto-ethnography of a community psychologist's experiences as a member of the Society for Community Research and Action (SCRA) and (as of this writing) co-chair of the Cultural, Ethnic and Racial Affairs council. The MSU sheep flock is an Innovation Flock in the Sheep GEMS project through the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The Sheep GEMS project is a national, multi-breed project that is focused on evaluating different sheep breeds and their longevity in different climates. As a participant, we collect/send raw data that is compiled. Our preliminary data from the 2022 (Year 1) and 2023 (Year 2) lambing season has been included. We collected measurements from Katahdin ewes (n = 38; 1-4.5 years old). We measured fecal egg counts (FEC), FAMACHA scores, body condition scores (BCS), teat and udder scores. An important cue to the meaning of a new noun is its accompanying classifier. For example, in English, X in “a sheet of X” should refer to a broad, flat object. A classifier is required in Chinese to quantify nouns. Using children’s overt responses in an object/picture selection task, past research found reliable semantic knowledge of classifiers in Mandarin-reared children at around age three. However, it is unclear how children’s semantic knowledge differs across different types of classifiers and how this difference develops with age. Two key groups of researchers have worked in parallel to advance health equity—one on the descriptive component (those in public health sciences, e.g., epidemiologists) and one on the normative component (those in the humanities and social sciences, e.g., philosophers and ethicists). Yet a significant gulf exists between their respective research. Consequently, advances in thinking regarding the philosophical underpinnings and normative requirements of health equity have been largely divorced from the design of public health interventions that seek to reduce health inequities.
