Neurology education research differs from biomedical clinical research in several ways. BACKGROUND: COVID-19 remains an ongoing public health crisis. Black Americans remain underrepresented among those vaccinated and overrepresented in both COVID-19 morbidity and mortality. Marketing companies typically maintain databases of reachable and valid email addresses, which they use to send marketing emails. Typically, a Secure Mailbox (SM) or Secure Email Gateway (SEG) for an organization accepts unsolicited emails and then handles the emails by allowing or dropping such emails based on various handling policies configured for the organization. However, such email handling typically does not curb the sender's behavior from continuing to send such emails. Initiating digital payment to a merchant via a payment app requires users to scan a code identifying the merchant’s payment identifier. Scanning QR codes requires explicit user action, and can be time-consuming, cumbersome, and error-prone, especially in busy stores. The absence of prominently displayed QR codes at some merchant establishments further complicates the process. This disclosure describes techniques that improve the process of initiating digital payments to a merchant. Of all the Founding Fathers, recorded Benjamin Rush, "few men wrote, spoke and acted more for their country from the years [of] 1764 to the establishment of the federal government than [John] Dickinson." Recently, Peter Brown described the Irish Sea in the early Middle Ages as "a Celtic 'Mediterranean of the north."' That assessment may be more than this small sea can measure up to, but sufficient evidence concludes that there was substantial naval activity in this area during the early Middle Ages. Interestingly, the Anglo-Saxons, though they had access to the Irish Sea, never ventured forth upon these waters in great numbers.
