Person-environment (P-E) fit, particularly in recruitment, has gained significant attention, expanding beyond the traditional focus on job-applicant compatibility to include alignment with team and organizational dynamics. This quantitative correlational study addressed this gap by examining the predictive validity of congruence between candidates’ psychological characteristics and various facets of the work environment among software engineers. Blended learning (BL), also known as hybrid or flipped classroom learning, is a method that involves both traditional face-to-face teaching and online media instruction. The problem experienced in South Texas school districts (STSD), despite research showing evidence of the BL model’s benefits, is that some teachers are struggling to implement BL into their classrooms. This study addresses the ability of the client organization to create new programming that is separate from its general fund and is revenue-neutral because the client organization is a conservation district operating under the California Water Code Division 21 Sections 74000-76501. Factors influencing female breast cancer patients' intentions to attend mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) programs, crucial for developing targeted interventions to enhance participation and improve outcomes, were examined in this study. Grounded in the theory of planned behavior (TPB), the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on intentions was examined. There has been a decline in tuition revenue for some private historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs); an above-average tuition discount rate may impede the financial performance of private HBCUs. The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study was to explore the lived experiences of business officers and other employees of private HBCUs managing the tuition discount rate. Animal agriculture, the second-largest contributor to climate change, poses serious risks to human and global health. Animal/environmental activists work to reduce these risks but often face verbal ridicule and physical violence; however, little is known about the psychological suffering experienced by this group. This interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) aimed to explore the experience of psychological suffering in animal/environmental activists committed to ending exploitative animal agriculture and environmental activities. This study addresses the critical need to understand how mental health challenges and external stressors affect long-term recovery from an Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Grounded in the Recovery Capital Framework, this study analyzed the relationship between depression, stressful life events, and recovery capital (RC) among individuals in recovery from severe OUD. Utilizing a quantitative nonexperimental survey design, data were collected from a purposive sample of 107 adults aged 18 and older who had been in recovery for at least 2 years. Faith-based organizations that fail to secure consistent funding risk discontinuation of operations. To ensure stable funding, leaders of these organizations must understand effective information systems management strategies. Grounded in the management information systems (MIS) framework, the purpose of this qualitative pragmatic inquiry study was to explore effective information systems management strategies that leaders of faith-based organizations use to maintain funding to continue their operations. The participants were six leaders of faith-based organizations in central Arkansas.
