The appearance of a new strain of coronavirus led to a worldwide health crisis, affecting public health and economies globally, including Thailand since 2019. Previous research had suggested possible links between environmental factors and the surge in COVID-19 cases, but these connections remained uncertain. This study examined the ratios of indoor to outdoor (I/O) environments and investigated potential associations between fine particulate matter (PM2.5), meteorological conditions, and the Case Fatality Rate (CFR%) of COVID-19 in Bangkok and its surrounding metropolitan area from January to December 2021. การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมโยงทั่วจีโนม (GWAS) สามารถระบุตำแหน่งยีนที่สัมพันธ์กับลักษณะต้านออกซิเดชันในข้าวได้ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้ลักษณะต้านออกซิเดชันที่ได้จากการตรวจสอบด้วยวิธี DPPH FRAP ABTS TPC และ TFC ในข้าวไทย 232 พันธุ์ และทำการศึกษาความเชื่อมโยงด้วยโปรแกรม genome-wide efficient mixed- model association (GEMMA) โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) ในจีโนมทั้งหมด ด้วย 1,071,197 SNPs ทั้งจีโนมกับลักษณะต้านออกซิเดชันที่ค่า p-value เท่ากับ 4.66 x 10-7 ผลการทดลองพบ 478 SNPs และ QTL 127 ตำแหน่ง ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับลักษณะต้านออกซิเดชันกระจายตัวอยู่บนโครโมโซม ทั้ง 12 โครโมโซม และทำการวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมโยงทั่วจีโนมของลักษณะต้านออกซิเดชันต้านออกซิเดชันทั้ง 5 พารามิเตอร์กับ SNP ใน exome พบ 346,638 SNPs ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลักษณะต้านออกซิเดชันที่ค่า p-value เท่ากับ 1.44 x 10-7 ผลการทดลองพบ 146 SNPs และ QTL 60 ตำแหน่ง ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับลักษณะต้านออกซิเดชันกระจายตัวอยู่บนโครโมโซมทั้ง 12 โครโมโซม ใน QTL ที่กล่าวมา พบ QTL 4 ตำแหน่งที่คาดว่าจะมีความสามารถในการพัฒนาเครื่องหมายพันธุกรรม ได้แก่ LOC_Os01g19380 LOC_Os02g05530 LOC_Os02g08240 และ LOC_Os06g17410 หลังจากขั้นตอนการพัฒนาเครื่องหมายพันธุกรรมแบบ 12 เครื่องหมาย พบว่ามี 4 เครื่องหมาย ได้แก่ P830-1 P830-2 P001 และ P006 สามารถแยกความแตกต่างของรูปแบบจีโนไทป์ทั้งแบบ homozygous และ heterozygous …

Baicalein (5,6,7-trihydroxyflavone), an active compound derived from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, exhibits notable anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and anticancer properties. 8-bromobaicalein (BB), a derivative of baicalein, possesses even stronger cytotoxic activity against MCF-7 human breast cancer cell lines. However, its low water solubility limits its use for further applications. In this study, we investigated βCD and its derivatives (hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPβCD) and 2,6-di-O-methyl-β-cyclodextrin (DMβCD)) for their ability to improve the solubility of BB through inclusion complexation. ในประเทศไทย ปูม้า Portunus pelagicus (Linnaeus, 1758) เป็นสัตว์ทะเลที่มีความสำคัญทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างมาก แต่หลายปีที่ผ่านมามีการลดลงของปริมาณปูม้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง และเข้าขั้นวิกฤตจากสาเหตุการทำประมงที่เกินขีดจำกัด ทำให้เกิดความกังวลเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ปูสายพันธุ์นี้ โครงการธนาคารปูม้าจึงถูกสร้างขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมและฟื้นฟูประชากรปูม้าตามแนวชายฝั่ง แต่ชะตากรรมของปูม้าวัยอ่อนหลังการปล่อยไปแล้วนั้นยังไม่เป็นที่เข้าใจกันมากนัก ประเด็นดังกล่าวนี้ทำให้มีความสนใจในการศึกษารูปแบบการกระจายและการลงเกาะของปูม้าวัยอ่อนที่ปล่อยจากธนาคารปูม้าในพื้นที่จังหวัดตรัง แบบจำลองการติดตามอนุภาคแบบเชิงตัวเลขถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อจำลองรูปแบบการกระจายและการลงเกาะของปูม้าวัยอ่อนหลังจากปล่อยออกจากธนาคารปูม้า ในช่วงเปลี่ยนฤดูลมมรสุม ลมมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ และลมมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การจำลองแสดงให้เห็นว่าปูม้าวัยอ่อนเสมือนส่วนใหญ่ถูกจำกัดไว้ในพื้นที่ชายฝั่งหลังจากการปล่อยจากธนาคารปูม้าเป็นระยะเวลา 14 วัน โดยมีกระแสน้ำที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยอิทธิพลของน้ำขึ้นน้ำลง ลมมรสุม และลักษณะทางภูมิประเทศของชายฝั่งในท้องถิ่นเป็นตัวควบคุม นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าบทบาทของลมมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ ส่งผลต่อการกระจายของปูม้าวัยอ่อน โดยปูม้าวัยอ่อนบางส่วนถูกขนส่งเข้าไปในแม่น้ำและลำคลองตามแนวชายฝั่ง ผลการวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างแหล่งที่ปล่อยปูม้าวัยอ่อนจากธนาคารปูม้ากับแผนที่แนวหญ้าทะเลในพื้นที่จังหวัดตรัง พบว่าปูม้าวัยอ่อนมีการกระจายตัวในแหล่งหญ้าทะเลทั่วทุกพื้นที่และมีความหลากหลายของแหล่งที่มา ซึ่งสามารถบ่งชี้ถึงศักยภาพในการลงเกาะและการเจริญเติบโตภายในพื้นที่แหล่งหญ้าทะเลเหล่านี้ ผลลัพธ์นี้เน้นย้ำถึงความเชื่อมโยงของแหล่งที่มาและแหล่งกักเก็บปูม้าวัยอ่อนหลังจากปล่อยจากธนาคารปูม้า

วาฬบรูด้า (Balaenoptera edeni) เป็นสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมในทะเลหายากใกล้สูญพันธุ์และกำลังเผชิญปัจจัยเสี่ยงทางทะเลหลายรูปแบบ การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส ภัยคุกคาม และปัจจัยเสี่ยงทางทะเลและชายฝั่งที่ส่งผลต่อประชากรวาฬบรูด้าในอ่าวไทยตอนบน รวมทั้งเสนอแนวทางมาตรการที่เหมาะสมในการอนุรักษ์วาฬบรูด้าและรูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวชมวาฬที่ส่งเสริมความรอบรู้เรื่องมหาสมุทรสำหรับประเทศไทย งานวิจัยนี้บูรณาการการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและศักยภาพ (SWOT analysis) กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น (AHP) และการวิเคราะห์เพื่อสร้างกลยุทธ์ (TOWS analysis) รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษา (curriculum analysis) ในการศึกษาในระบบของประเทศไทยและประเมินระดับความรอบรู้เรื่องมหาสมุทรในการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยผ่านกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวชมวาฬบรูด้าในอ่าวไทย ผลการศึกษาจาก AHP พบว่า ปัจจัยอิทธิพลจากมนุษย์เป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยงวิกฤตที่ส่งผลต่อประชากรวาฬบรูด้าในอ่าวไทยตอนบนมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การทับซ้อนของพื้นที่ทำประมงกับพื้นที่อยู่อาศัยของวาฬ (0.1801) การแก่งแย่งทรัพยากรอาหารโดยมนุษย์ (0.1713) มลภาวะในน้ำ (0.1468) และการจัดกิจกรรมดูวาฬที่ขาดความรู้และความรับผิดชอบ (0.1127) แนวทางการอนุรักษ์วาฬบรูด้าอย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อบรรเทาผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นจึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างมาก และการวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า การศึกษาในระบบของประเทศไทยให้ความสำคัญกับความรอบรู้เรื่องมหาสมุทรเพียงร้อยละ 0.54 ในขณะที่พบว่าการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยผ่านการชมวาฬช่วยเพิ่มความรอบรู้เรื่องมหาสมุทรให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยวได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (n=112, p

Conventional photosensitizers used in photodynamic therapy often suffer from aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) due to their planar structure. This study presents the design and synthesis of a donor-acceptor-donor (D-A-D) photosensitizer with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties, which effectively eliminates the ACQ problem. The photosensitizers were synthesized using a Suzuki coupling and Knoevenagel condensation reaction, with triphenylamine as the donor and dicyano vinyl and 2-(2,6-dimethyl-4H-pyran-4-ylidene)malononitrile as acceptors. The donor was connected with a thiophene, 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole, and double bond spacers. Novel 7 photosensitizers were obtained with more than 40%yield. The present study aimed to discover bioactive compounds 3 types of holy basil and clove basil that could inhibit SARS-CoV-2 binding to the Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 receptors (ACE2) and prohibiting the virus from penetrating into the host cells. The leaves and stem of 3 types of holy basils and clove basil were extracted separately through steam-distillation, liquid-liquid extraction and column chromatography and all extracts were characterized by GC/MS and NMR spectrometry and examied their ACE2 inhibitory activity. Lead exposure in industrial environments poses serious health risks. While its detrimental effects on human health are well-known, the connection between lead exposure and alterations in the fecal microbial community remains largely unexplored, highlighting a critical gap in our understanding of its wider health implications. This study explores the fecal microbiota of workers in a lead-utilizing factory, comparing individuals with blood lead levels (BLLs) above and below 3.06 µg/dL, and between those exposed to lead and those not exposed. Utilizing a sample of 176 IPOs listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) between 2013 and 2018, this research aims to provide empirical insights into the relationship between IPO size and market performance over three and five-year periods. Our analysis reveals consistent patterns in ESG-momentum interactions, aligning with the findings of previous studies while also offering new insights into the Japanese equity market. ในปัจจุบัน กิจการร้านค้าที่จัดจำหน่ายสินค้าแม่และเด็กต้องรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่เริ่มมีลูกกันน้อยลงแต่เลี้ยงสัตว์เลี้ยงกันมากขึ้นตั้งแต่ช่วงที่เกิดการระบาดของโควิด สำหรับธุรกิจที่นำข้อมูลมาศึกษาในโครงการนี้ได้ปรับเปลี่ยนธุรกิจจากจัดจำหน่ายเพียงสินค้าแม่และเด็ก เป็นธุรกิจจำหน่ายสินค้าสำหรับครอบครัว และนำสินค้าเกี่ยวกับสัตว์เลี้ยงมาขายเพิ่มเติมเพื่อรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้น ในภาวะเช่นนี้ หากธุรกิจมีการใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อมูลมาสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจและการวางแผนด้านกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหาร น่าจะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานและเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันได้ไม่มากก็น้อย โครงการ “คลังข้อมูล ธุรกิจอัจฉริยะ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขั้นสูงของธุรกิจจำหน่ายสินค้าสำหรับครอบครัว” ประกอบด้วย 5 ระบบหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ระบบวิเคราะห์ด้านบัญชี (2) ระบบวิเคราะห์ยอดขายและค่าบริการ (3) ระบบวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้าออนไลน์ (4) ระบบการวิเคราะห์ตะกร้าสินค้า ซึ่งเป็นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขั้นสูง และ (5) ระบบวิเคราะห์การสื่อสารทางการตลาดออนไลน์ ระบบได้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นบนฐานข้อมูล MariaDB โดยใช้โปรแกรม Power BI 2024 และโปรแกรม Jupyter Notebook (Anaconda 3) ในการจัดทำระบบวิเคราะห์และแสดงผลข้อมูล โดยผู้บริหารสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากระบบสารสนเทศนี้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในมุมมองต่าง ๆ เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจได้อย่างเหมาะสม สะดวก รวดเร็ว เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการใช้ข้อมูลในการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานขององค์กร

ในปัจจุบันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตของประชากรไทยเป็นที่ตระหนักรู้และได้รับความสนใจเป็นอย่างมาก การศึกษาพบว่าสุขภาพจิตโดยรวมของคนในประเทศไทยมีความเสี่ยงขึ้นมากขึ้น การฆ่าตัวตายจากปัญหาสุขภาพจิตมีอัตราเพิ่มขึ้น จำนวนผู้ป่วยด้วยโรคจิตเวชที่มารับบริการต่อวันในหน่วยงานสังกัดกรมสุขภาพจิตในปี พ.ศ. 2563 - 2565 เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในขณะที่บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวชในประเทศไทยมีจำนวนจำกัดอย่างมาก ทำให้ความต้องการของโรงพยาบาลเฉพาะทางด้านจิตเวชในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอย่างรอบด้าน เพื่อนำไปวางแผน ช่วยประกอบการตัดสินใจ และกำหนดแนวทางในการดำเนินงานมีมากขึ้น โครงการ “คลังข้อมูลและระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของโรงพยาบาลเฉพาะทางด้านจิตเวช” นี้ประกอบด้วย 5 ระบบหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ระบบวิเคราะห์ผู้ป่วยใน (2) ระบบวิเคราะห์ผู้ป่วยนอก (3) ระบบวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย (4) ระบบวิเคราะห์การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (5) ระบบวิเคราะห์การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ระบบได้พัฒนาขึ้นบนระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18 และใช้โปรแกรม Tableau Desktop 2022.2.2 ในการจัดทำระบบวิเคราะห์และแสดงผลข้อมูล ระบบสารสนเทศจากโครงการพิเศษนี้จะช่วยให้ผู้บริหารสามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในมุมมองต่าง ๆ ที่หลากหลายได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการวิเคราะห์ทิศทาง แนวโน้ม ตลอดจนการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้ป่วยด้วยโรคทางจิตเวช อีกทั้งยังเป็นประโยชน์ในการวางแผนจำนวนบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับจำนวนผู้ป่วยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

This paper aims to reconsider whether mutual funds managers’ characteristics, including gender, working experience (tenure), and CFA designation, affect the fund risk-adjusted performance, using the Thai open-ended domestic equity funds from 2018 to 2023. The first objective is to examine whether each fund manager characteristic impacts the fund risk-adjusted performance (alpha), including Jensen’s, 3-factor Fama French, and 5-factor Fama French alpha, using the pooled ordinary least square (OLS) regression. This paper investigates the determinants of forecast accuracy and brokerage coverage in the Thailand stock market from 2009 to 2022. Leveraging a comprehensive dataset comprising various financial metrics and market variables, we explore the impact of infrastructure development, digital communication, and external factors such as the Covid-19 pandemic on analysts' forecast accuracy and the coverage of stocks by brokerage firms. This study investigates the influence of earnings quality on the accuracy of financial analysts' dividend forecasts for companies listed on the Thailand Stock Market Exchange (SET) and the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) for the period from 2015 to 2022. using a sample of 891 observations. focusing on the moderating roles of investor sentiment and economic uncertainty. The findings reveal that good earnings quality helps reduce dividend forecast errors. This study examines the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures and scores on stock volatility in Asia-Pacific markets. The paper also assesses the moderating roles of corruption and economic development in this relationship. Using data from 2010 to 2022, the research employs the Fama-French multi-factor models to analyze the relationship between ESG metrics and stock idiosyncratic volatility. The findings indicate that both ESG disclosure and higher overall ESG scores significantly reduce stock volatility, underscoring the importance of transparency and robust ESG practices in mitigating firm-specific risks. This study examines the influence of shareholder activism on the performance of 420 Asia-Pacific firms from 2013 to 2022, utilizing the Capital Asset Pricing Model and the Fama-French-Carhart model to assess abnormal returns. Findings indicate a generally positive trend in firm performance post-activism, particularly over long periods, suggesting activism's potential to drive sustained firm value improvements. In addition, there is no enough evidence to conclude that the target firms experience the pump-and-dump pattern after the departure of shareholder activists. Utilizing data from Refinitiv DataStream, SETSMART, and annual reports, this research examines whether the presence of women on boards, financial expertise, and diverse educational backgrounds influence borrowing costs. This study investigates the asset growth anomaly in the Thai stock market, examining whether new factor constructed from decomposed asset components offers superior explanatory power for stock returns compared to the original aggregate asset growth factor. The research analyzes key components of total assets, including both sides of the balance sheet covering investing and financing activities. Our findings reveal that all the new factors constructing based on each component of asset is spanned by all the Fama-French factor. The overall explanatory power of total asset growth is superior. Thailand household debt problem are key barriers to retirees achieving financial freedom. This study aims to access the relationship between mortgage debt, credit card debt and education debts with the retirement preparedness of working-age population aged 30-60 years old in Thailand by utilizing multiple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that Thai populations are at a moderate level of retirement preparedness. The private sector is particularly concerned about the lack of savings for later life.
