Kekerasan terhadap perempuan berhubungan dengan ketimpangan gender dan berdampak pada kesehatan dan hak asasi manusia. Di Jakarta, pada periode 2000-2002, sekitar 264 perempuan melaporkan mengalami KDP dan sekitar 11,6 % kekerasan tersebut terjadi pada masa pacaran. Secara menyeluruh, satu dari sepuluh perempuan mengalami kekerasan dalam pacaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kejadian KDP pada siswi SMAN 37 Jakarta serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan. Penelitian dengan desain potong lintang ini mengunakan sampel 418 siswi SMAN 37 Jakarta. Poli Umum Puskesmas Kecamatan Tebet telah melaksanakan prinsip manajemen kualitas sesuai klausul persyaratan ISO 9001:2000. Namun, pada tahun 2005, masih terdapat masalah yang mengganggu pelayanan bermutu yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini mendapat gambaran penerapan delapan prinsip manajemen kualitas sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2000 di Poli Umum Puskesmas Kecamatan Tebet. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif studi kasus dengan analisis dokumen, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi. This research was aimed to examine and to obtain empirical evidence on audit structure, role conflict, and unclarity role toward auditor performance. This research was done in East Java. Retrieval o f sample was done by using proportionate stratified random sampling based on two strata (partner and audit staff). Data collecting was carried out with questionnaire submitted directly and by airmail. Number o f questionnaires distributed was 120 copies, but only 49 questionnaires returned (40,83%). Results show that audit structure and role conflict have significant effect on auditor performance, but unclarity role does not have significant effect on auditor performance.

The objective of this research is to examine maximum losses when investor invests on syariah based stock. Markowitz model is used for constructing the optimal portfolio. Value at Risk Model is also used for calculating the expected losses. The research indicates that volatility seems to cluster in a predictable fashion. Therefore the research forecasts variances used exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) model. This research also aims to evaluate whether the EWMA model can predict variances reasonably well. Based on Pecking Order Theory, the objective of this study is to examine the effect of dividend policy, profitability, sales growth, and total assets growth towards financial leverage and the effect of financial leverage as an intervening variable towards firm value. The sampling method is purposive sampling method and there are 33 firms that fulfil the criteria. Data are analyzed using path analysis method. The results show that dividend policy and profitability have negative influence on financial leverage, while total assets growth has positive influence on financial leverage. Financial leverage has negative relation on firm value.

Tingginya harga minyak dunia mengakibatkan pemerintah Indonesia di bawah pimpinan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) harus mengurangi subsidi Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Hal ini berdampak pada kenaikan harga BBM sebanyak tiga kali yaitu pada Maret 2005 (kenaikan harga berkisar 60 persen), Oktober 2005 (sekitar 108 persen), dan Mei 2008 (sekitar 30 persen). The Influence of Coating Oxide Metal on Surface of SiC Particles to Elastic Modulus of Al/SiC Composites. The isotropic composites of Al/SiC is made by powder metallurgy method, the quality of mechanical materials depend on interfacial bonding between matrix (Al) and reinforcement (SiC). The quality of interfacial bonding can influence to elastic modulus of composites which is made by solid process. Distribution and area of mangrove forest in Pising Bay coastal area North Kabaena Island Southeast Sulawesi. Researched of mangrove forest in Pising Bay, North Kabaena Island Southeast Sulawesi was carried out on April 2006. Data digital Landsat 7ETM+ parth/raw 113/064 was used for mangrove mapping. Classification method was done is multispectral supervised with artificial neural networks algortms. Analysis and data validation from field survey, it is estimated that distribution and areas of mangrove forest in Pising Bay, North Kabaena Island Southeast Sulawesi is 152.128 Ha. Isolation and Cloning of cDNA Fragment of Gene Encoding for Multidrug Resistance Associated Protein from M. affine. M. affine can grow well in acid soil with high level of soluble aluminum. One of the important proteins in the detoxifying xenobiotic stress including acid and Al stresses is a multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) encoded by mrp gene. The objective of this research is to isolate and clone the cDNA fragment of MaMrp encoding MRP from M. affine.
