本論文要處理的中心問題為：黃凡如何運用不同文學手法，表現不同時期台灣所處的政治環境及問題。

首先為緒論，將略說明政治小說的崛起與發展（形成條件、作品概況），解嚴前的台灣文學如何受到政府的控制；然後略述黃凡於七十年代末期的冒起如何引起台灣文學界的轟動，並會配合當時政治、社會背景再作解說。

然後，會著重討論政治文學的特徵，並就〈賴索〉及《躁鬱的國家》兩部小說的時代背景作解釋，〈賴索〉寫於1979年，而《躁鬱的國家》則發表於2003年，相隔二十多年，解嚴前後，台灣環境的轉變所帶來的問題亦是作者創作的動機。

接著，會就文本作深入的分析，包括人物、情節如何與當時的政治環境掛鉤、使用什麼手法表現，從而令黃凡的作品有獨特性。本章更會將兩個文本作對讀，從而深入探究它們的相似性，以及一些根本問題。

最後，將會討論政治與文學如何互相影響，政治之操弄、社會之亂象在文學中有沒有解決的出路，並評論黃凡在政治文學寫作上的局限。

文末會為全文作總結。

淺析先老學︰容成思想及其流變, Kwun Cheong Lau

本文受饒宗頤先生於1998年文章《（傳老子師）容成遺說鉤沉——先老學初探》啟發，故欲探究容成遺說對於老子以至往後學說有何影響。先老學一詞乃指對於道家思想起源－老子有所的影響的思想。一些上世紀出土的文獻，如《十問》、雲夢秦簡、九店楚簡等均有文獻能夠引證老子思想或有受容成氏（或容成子）思想所影響。容成一詞能散見於不同古代文獻中，而能夠反映出容成思想的成份與背景。而且在往後的不同學派的思想中，亦能見容成最為見稱的「治氣養精」之說。可見其影響實在不能忽視。為了顯示容成的核心思想，以及其往後的影響，本文將分成三部分。首先嘗試從不同文獻中整理出容成之身份以及其背後象徵的思想，然而詳細探討容成與老莊之間的近似，及其治氣養精之說，最後將從往後涉及其精氣論以及養生思想的學說加以梳理出當中的思想發展。

是次指導論文為一篇由多個人物描寫組成的散文創作，題目是《繁華似錦見一梔子》。

在日常生活中，每個人都會遇見不同的人。有些是自己的親友，有些是素未謀面的陌生人，他們也許行動古怪，卻有獨特的思考方式；也許他們不被身邊的人所接納的人，卻有值得被欣賞的長處。

本文紀錄筆者在求學期間遇見六個與眾不同的人，透過描寫主人公的經歷和內心獨白，帶出一個主題：無論一個人的外貌、行為和思想是否符合主流規範，也是值得被尊重、理解和關懷的。人應當有廣闊的胸懷，懂得以不同的角度看事物，不單單是知道或理解，甚至能欣賞他人。

彼岸花, Wai Shan Yiu

傳說彼岸花是地獄之花，有著死亡、離別與悲傷回憶的含義。花開彼岸，冷冽的外表既美麗又憂傷，可惜花生葉落，葉長花凋，此花在命運中注定孤獨。花朵盛開之日，是幸福的來臨，還是劫難的開始？

莠芳是名性工作者，她背負失敗的婚姻，獨自養活女兒，可惜母女關係一直疏離。故事講述她在位於油麻地的一棟唐樓工作，自卑的她拒絕別人的好意，卻又一直默默守護身邊的人，不論對女兒、朋友及鄰居等，也展現強烈的情感。隨著舊樓即將被收購重建，主角重新審視這座大廈對她的意義。她一直渴望擁有一個美好的家，但隨著收購的日子迫近，她的夢想是否能如願？

「一樓一」與唐樓的關係緊密，此篇小說旨在以獨特的視野帶出香港舊樓重建的議題。隨著社會發展，香港越來越多舊樓面臨被拆卸重建，莠芳的故事只是社會上的縮影，而事實上，更多小市民被地產商剝削，卻無處申訴。筆者希望通過小說寫出舊樓對某些市民的意義，並期望借此引起其他人對這議題的關注。《彼岸花》寫舊樓收購下的小市民、本地性工作者，也寫一個卑微的母親。

汪精衛廬山詩研究, Lai Kan Lam

汪精衛，民國時期政治人物，早年以行刺清攝政王載灃失敗下獄傳世，後於第二次中日戰爭鼓吹「和平運動」而身敗名裂。至今學界研究大多論述其爭議的政治立場，近年雖有研究結合汪精衛的詩詞論述其背後的政治話語，但從文學角度研究汪精衛的詩詞，仍屬少數。

本文以汪精衛的山水詩為研究對象，以其廬山詩為例，全文共分四章：第一章為緒論，交代研究緣起、文獻回顧及研究方法，當中簡單交代汪精衛背景及研究山水詩在汪精衛的詩詞創作的意義。第二章以文史互證方法，嘗試疏理汪精衛出遊廬山的背景，並作創作時期的分類。第三章根據第二章創作時期的分類，提出汪精衛山水詩的藝術技巧及特色，從用境寫意、以景賦情、以我寫物三方面，論述汪精衛山水詩在不同時期的同異。第四章從歸立上兩章對汪精衛山水詩的論述，分析其詩中廬山的形象和意蘊作為結論。

楊向奎「五十凡論說」補述, Ziqian Yang

關於《左傳》“五十凡”來源、性質的探討，自杜預提出始，就成為歷代學者爭論不休的話題，論者對其來源、性質的判定辨析迄今無定論。眾說大多考證片面，理據不足，或先入為主，或有師承關係，使得“五十凡”來源問題越來越複雜化，難以讓人信服。

直到上世紀三十年代，楊向奎先生(1910-2000)通過對《左傳》凡例逐條研究，辯駁大半，於一九三五年寫就〈略論“五十凡”〉一文，反駁了杜預說，孔子非本凡例而修《經》基本已成鐵案；經歷了對《小戴禮記》中類似凡例記載的整理，對《尚書大傳》引《左傳》凡例的歸納，加上細讀文本，楊先生進一步修正了自己的意見。其後發表的〈論凡例〉，澄清了若干歷代關於凡例來源的關鍵問題，普遍為當時及後世學者所接受。

本文旨在通過細析楊向奎“五十凡論說”，著重關注楊先生兩次論說之間的變化，找出變化的原因，指出楊先生“五十凡論說”中有說服力的地方，並嘗試對當中部分例說進行補充，使其更加完善。最後，以楊先生之說為基礎，筆者將嘗試對“五十凡”性質和來源問題提出幾點自己的想法。

The low fertility rate can lead to pension burden problems and economic recession problems. The Chinese legacy in Cuba exists in a dual state, at once both a fundamental aspect of the Cuban people and the Cuban nationality while also an oft-overlooked strand in the fabric of Cuban society and culture. While today the official number of Chinese-born Cubans in Cuba is low, the number of Chinese-descendants in Cuba may well number in the hundreds of thousands. For centuries, China sought to suppress opium consumption within its borders. Following the Chinese Communist Party’s rise to power, the 1950’s drug suppression campaign initiated new attempts to bring about the end of opium’s presence within Chinese society. What led to this campaign’s success is its utilization of different strategies within each region of focus. The combination of strategies used allowed the CCP to eradicate all forms of the opium market in both urban and rural areas where the campaign was active. This thesis examines the methods used during the campaign and how these methods resulted in the campaign’s success.

自上世紀末起，不少學者已展開針對漢語與外文字詞混雜使用的研究，並稱此類進入漢語語法體制的詞彙為「字母詞」；當《現代漢語詞典》正式把「西文字母開頭的詞語」收錄入冊後，此課題得到更多人關注。對於「字母詞」的界定，雖然至今仍未有絕對一統的定義，但基本共識都是要求該詞彙擁有一些特殊的表徵，例如緊縮、與固定漢字組合、難以對譯等，而不會把日常語碼混合 (code mixing) 中借用到的英語詞都歸為同一類。然而，港式粵語中卻有一些特別的英語詞彙，它們保留著原來英語的發音和書寫方式，卻不再遵從原先的語法功能和意義，僅僅被香港的粵語使用者所能理解及廣泛普遍地應用。

本文挑選了「friend」、「OK」、「short」這三個經常被本地人使用的英語詞作分析。研究它們在粵語句子中充當的功能並且探討它們與其粵語對應詞的關係，在語法層面上歸納一套能夠解釋這類英語詞借入粵語的規律和機制。

In this work, I discuss how global products/ identities are made, transported and consumed, and the inevitable ‘mis-’ in acts of transmission. This research ranges from the miscommunication in languages and linguistics, to the gap between production and consumption.
