The library is an information source institution that can meet the needs of library materials for the community. Different groups of people have different needs for library materials. This study aims to determine the needs of user library materials at the Bung Karno National Library UPT during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of quantitative research uses descriptive research methods. The sampling technique used probability sampling with accidental sampling technique and obtained a sample of 50 respondents.
