Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to promote and share the research output of Bennett University (BU), India through Digital Repository Services (DRSs). It aims at encouraging, assisting and accelerating the research fraternity of the university.
Design/methodology/approach – This paper explains about the initiatives adopted by the LRC at BU for developing DRS using open-space software, Dspace for long-term preservation of intellectual assets and increase the visibility of the institute in global landscape.

This paper attempted to examine the academic library facilities and satisfaction of university library patrons at higher education institution in Pakistan. It is evident that library staff has also been trying their best level to facilitate the library users through different procedures in global south and global north. A quantitative study design had been opted to conduct a cross-sectional survey from two public sector university students of BS (4 years) programme. Islamic Digital Library: A Review, Ririn Riani, Aam Slamet Rusydiana, Abdillah Arif Nasution, Dwi Purwoko, Lukman Hamdani

This study tries to examine research on Islamic digital libraries in reputable journals. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis based on 47 publications of selected articles or papers related to Islamic digital libraries which are processed with VOSviewer software. This study finds that research that examines the theme of Islamic digital libraries is still very minimal. The library is a milestone in the history of Islamic civilization and progress in ancient times. This study also found that digital libraries that provide facilities regarding Islamic fields and studies must be developed in relation to the increasingly sophisticated era.

The crisis in open access scholarly communications leads to several initiatives promoting the development of open access repositories. It reduces the repetition of research studies by minimising the cost of access and encouraging the reuse of research data. But at the same time, the contributor researchers are also concerned about the long term preservation, meta-descriptions and citation support of their research publication shard in open access repositories. Zenodo, as an open access repository, supports a wider variety of use cases, and many of them implement minimal control on the data uploaded by users. The Randall Wright papers on Kazakhstan health care are related to a Baylor College of Medicine and United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) conducted health care initiatives among populations in Kazakhstan and other regions the former Soviet Union. The initial assessment was related to the affects of above ground nuclear testing of weapons on regional populations. Randall Wright is a former administrator with Methodist Hospital and UMCOR. E-resources are inevitable, technology has grown and libraries are also adopting the technologies although adopting have many challenges to the library professionals. Whenever something new comes they need to update themselves. A study investigated E-Resources management and management issues of Indian library professional perspectives. For this study, data was collected from various academic institutes/university libraries in India. It includes institutes of national importance, central, state, deemed and private universities. The study finds that the majority of the libraries subscribed to E-journals and E-books, administration related challenges faced by LIS professionals. Ellett Atomic Bomb Casualty Commission papers includes a 1945 topographical map of Nagasaki used in planning the atomic attack and a 1946 topographical map of Hiroshima that was used by the international damage assessment group. The collection also includes an unpublished manuscript of ABCC history written by John Z. Bowers, a former ABCC staffer. Ellett also included his personal copies of the "Life Span Study" reports. William C. Moloney MD kept a personal journal, with photographs, for much of his two years in Japan with the Atomic Bomb Casualty Commission. In January of 1986, Dr.Moloney donated his journal, correspondence and diary pages to the Harris County Medical Archive. He died in 1998 at the age of 91. His first contribution was a set of ten reprints representing his work with the ABCC from 1952 to 1954. Dr.Moloney's journal is a fine document, one which will be of great use to historians.
