The purpose of this project was to create an automated Case Review System. The current Case Review System is a manual process that is being performed by Eligibility Lead Workers and Eligibility Worker Supervisors. The reviewers utilize an Excel sheet to record every individual reviewers results and print out many copies for the appropriate parties. The automated system is designed to track, and catch mistakes in determining eligibility of the welfare applicants. The purpose of this project was to analyze six companies in various industries that are currently using systems, applications, and products in data processing (SAP)'s R/3. It outlines the history of SAP and gives background on the companies including what they used before R/3, why they chose R/3, and some of the challenges involved with the changing over to R/3. The companies that were analyzed are Allegran Pharmaceuticals, Pacific Communications, Varian Incorporated, Northop-Grumman, Sempra Energy, and Goodrich. A comparison of the companies is done along with analysis on strategic motivators behind the change to R/3.

The Online Hotel Booking System was developed to allow customers to use a web browser to book a hotel, change the booking details, cancel the booking, change the personal profile, view the booking history, or view the hotel information through a GUI (graphical user interface). The system is implemented in PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language).
