Consultation and Coordination During Preparation of the DEIS DOE, in developing the scope of work for the Dickey-Lincoln School Lakes transmission study, recognized the need for a great deal of consultation and coordination. Consultation, coordination, and public involvement were integral parts of the study design. As part of this effort, extent of experience in northern New England and location were important factors in selecting consultants for various portions of the study.
