This dissertation focuses on three key facets of health IT impact on the practice of medicine: (1) Clinical impact on practitioner outcomes through malpractice claims, (2) Socio-economic impact on patient outcomes through the clinical treatment of social determinants of health (SDOH), and (3) Organizational impact on Long-Term Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) Facilities. This study aims to determine the comparison between the combination of these assessments between public and Islamic-based universities. This study adopts a quantitative research methodology. The self-administered questionnaire was distributed each to 200 visitors of the Nusantara Business Institute and YARSI University to find out the comparison of the combined assessment of LibQual and Muslim-friendly Librarian. The study found that the combination of ratings between LibQual and Muslim Friendly Librarian had differences in satisfaction scores between the campuses. This study notes that Muslim-friendly Librarian has a higher satisfaction score for public higher education users than Islamic-based universities

Employees’ lack of compliance with password policies increases password susceptibility, which leads to financial damages to the organizations as a result of information disclosure, fraud, and unauthorized transactions. However, few studies have examined what motivates employees to comply with password policies.

The purpose of this quantitative cross-sectional study was to examine what factors influence employees’ compliance with password policies. A theoretical model was developed based on Protection Motivation Theory (PMT), General Deterrence Theory (GDT), Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), and Psychological Ownership Theory to explain employees’ compliance with password policies.

This study examined the psychometric properties of the Knowledge Sharing Behavior Scale (KSBS) using academicians at the University of Sargodha, Sargodha. The quantitative research design was adopted using a survey questionnaire to collect data from academicians. A 28-item KSBS was administered to 300 academicians, recruited through the convenient stratified process by visiting each department with permission. The researchers received 237 usable questionnaires indicating a response rate. This study investigated the incidence of job-related stress and how it affects job performance of librarians and library officers. Three universities in Lagos State, Nigeria were selected for the study. The study adopted a survey method and questionnaire was used to gather data from 86 librarians and library officers from the university libraries. The study revealed that job-related stress is prevalent among the librarians and library officers. The main concern of a bank is customer satisfaction. Every bank strives to achieve customer satisfaction. A satisfied customer becomes the positive word of mouth for the bank. The purpose of this research is to find out customer satisfaction in commercial banks, particularly in Bank AL Falah. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 150 customers of Bank AL Falah in Hyderabad. Microsoft Excel was used for data analysis. The result concludes that customers perceive higher satisfaction, and the environment and commitment and behavior of staff with customers have a major impact on customer satisfaction.
