Within the fractured systems and institutions that plague the US, two groups in particular have fallen through the cracks: Black and South Asian Muslims. According to a 2015 report published by human rights organization Muslim Anti Racism Collaborative, over 3.4 million Muslims currently live in the United States. Black Muslims and South Asian Muslims constitute about 20% and 60% of that population, respectively; however, both groups are disregarded and misrepresented in US discourse and media. My analysis offers thick descriptions of these mobile apps, which first appeared in the online “meditation marketplace” in 2020 and 2021, and identifies resonant themes and questions that I believe are fruitful for the study of religion in digital landscapes and for mapping the shifting contours of lived Islam. Existing research largely concurs that coverage of Muslims is negative. Yet this masks how much remains unknown. In particular, there has been no clear or consistent way to gauge precisely how much negativity is present in stories about Muslims. This chapter introduces a systematic way to assess the tone of articles and discusses how this allows for answers to six important questions about coverage of Muslims. The chapter also outlines the structure of the book and summarizes the key findings. In particular, it argues that coverage of Muslims is strikingly negative by every comparative measure examined.

Sharia Supervisory Board Reports (SSBRs) have an interest in convincing the public that entities supervised by a Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) are sharia-compliant and reflective of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices. Failure in public convincing will be detrimental to Islamic banks’ reputation as well as the SSB’s image and credibility. This thesis argues that an autochthonous mosque architecture exists in China, and this historical type adequately serves as a reference for contemporary mosque building in southeastern China in light of how it responded to the Chinese cultural and urban contexts. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان المقصود بالدعوى الكيدية، وذكر أسبابها، وتوضيح طرق علاجها في الفقه الإسلامي، وتناولت تعريف الدعوى الكيدية، والأمثلة عليها، ونصوص تحريمها، وطرق علاجها في الإسلام.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى الأمور الآتية:

- إنّ الدعوى الكيدية باطلة ومردودة، وقد حرّمتها نصوص الشريعة الإسلامية.

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الحداثة من حيث التعريف والنشأة، ثم عرضت الدراسة للمشروع الحداثي العربي مبينة أهدافه وخصائصه وأهم رواده، وعمدت إلى قطب من أقطاب الحداثة العربية وهو محمد أركون في دراسة تطبيقية لمنهجه التشكيكي في دراسة القرآن الكريم، متبعة في سبيل ذلك المنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي النقدي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج منها: أن من أهم سمات القراءة الحداثية للنص القرآني رفع القداسة عن النصوص الشرعية، ومحاولة إعادة صياغة الرؤية لهذه النصوص، بوضعها في مصاف النصوص البشرية، وذلك من خلال عدة ممارسات ستكشف عنها هذه الدراسة.

هذه دراسة لجملة من انفرادات القارئ يعقوب الحضرمي في الأفعال وأثرها في بلاغة النظم، حيث اشتملت الدراسة على نبذة مختصرة عن يعقوب الحضرمي وراوييه -رحمهم الله تعالى-، ثم تناولت بعض انفرادات الحضرمي فيما يتعلق بالأفعال، وأثر تلك الانفرادات في بلاغة السياق والنظم الذي وردت فيها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن قراءات القرآن تعطي معناها في سياقه ونظمه بما يبهر العقول والقلوب دون أن تتضاد مع القراءات الأخرى أو تقصر عن بلاغتها فكل كلمة في مكانها هي الأبلغ.

وختمت الدراسة ببعض النتائج والتوصيات التي يجدر بأهل العلم أن يتمثلوها في تتبع دلائل إعجاز القرآن الكريم.

تتناولُ هذه الدراسة موضوعَ الجزاء الدنيويّ للفِسقِ والفاسقين في القرآن الكريم، حيث عدَّ القرآن الفسقَ من أمهات المنكرات والذنوب فجاء الحديثُ عنها في هذه الدراسةِ مبيِّناً حقيقة الفسقِ وأنواعَه وجزاءَ كلِّ نوعٍ من أنواعه وكلّ صورةٍ من صُوَره.

هذا وقد خَلُصَ الباحث إلى أنَّ الفِسقَ من أخطرِ الذنوب؛ لذلك رتَّبَ الشارع الحكيم عليه جملةً من العقوبات التي تتفاوتُ قوةً وضعفاً وزيادةَ ونقصاناً على قَدَرِ التغول في هذه الآفة الخطيرة.

يتناول هذا البحث مادة (قُدْس) في القرآن الكريم، ودراستها دراسة دلالية سياقية، وذلك بهدف الكشف عن تقاليب هذه المادة، وإبراز الألفاظ المقاربة للفظها، وإدراك الفروقات بينها، وإظهار دلالاتها في سياق الآيات التي وردت فيها، وإثبات اختصاص كل لفظة بسياقها الذي وردت فيه، مما يكشف عن رافد مهم من روافد الإعجاز القرآني.

وقد كشفت الدراسة أن المادة جاءت دلالاتها اللغوية في الاستعمال القرآني بما يناسب السياق، وبما لا يمكن استبداله بلفظة أخرى مهما كانت مقاربة لها في المعنى، وذلك من خلال دراسة استقرائية وتحليلية لهذه المادة.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى بيان أهمية التعجيل في القضايا التي فيها تحقيق مصلحة المحضون والتي يخشى عليه من الضرر في حال طال امد التقاضي، فكان طلب اصدار قرار معجل التنفيذ هو الوسيلة الوقائية والاحترازية للمحافظة على حقوق المحضون في القضايا المنظورة امام القضاء، والتي تجيز للحاضن التقدم بطلب اصدار قرار معجل التنفيذ، استناداً الى مواد قانون أصول المحاكمات الشرعية الأردني رقم 31 لعام 1959م وتعديلاته حتى عام 2016م، والتي اجازت هذا الاجراء القضائي، وقد تناولت في بحثي هذا الموضوع من خلال مبحثين، فقد تناولت في المبحث الأول مفهوم القرارات معجلة التنفيذ لغة واصطلاحاً وقانوناً و وفي المبحث الثاني تحدثت …
