The past several decades have displayed a focus on diversity in the workplace throughout the corporate environment. Questions remain: has the effort been at all impactful – or, due to its symbolic nature, has it only been a distraction? This paper discusses in detail, various asset classes available to both active and passive reserves managers and analyse the performance of the asset classes held mostly by central banks. Following an introduction, the paper is structured as follows: Section two reviewed literature on reserves management, including motives and what guides the decisions of the investment committee in determining asset classes. The study set out to determine the impact of Relationship Marketing (RM) on relationship quality (RQ), with respect to the services Nigerian banks deliver to their clients. Three hypotheses were formulated to drive the study. Survey research design was adopted using a 48-item Likert style questionnaire to capture the opinions of valued clients. When Does Shared Leadership Matter In Entrepreneurial Teams: The Role Of Personality Composition, Wencang Zhou

Although prior research has investigated a number of conditions under which shared leadership in teams may improve team performance, team composition variables have been left unexplored. Using a sample of 144 teams in a technology incubator in China, this study explored the moderating effects of personality diversity on the relationship between shared leadership and entrepreneurial team performance. Results indicate that shared leadership improves entrepreneurial team performance; the strength of the relationship, however, depends on the level of team personality diversity. More specifically, when relationship-oriented personality diversity is high, the shared leadership—team performance relationship is stronger. These findings advance research in …

Various strategies exist for addressing this risk, and a variety of types of research has been done regarding the identification, assessment and response to the risk of disruption in a supply chain network.

This thesis establishes a decision model to support Business Continuity Planning at the first-tier supplier level. When business ground to a pandemic-induced halt in February 2020, the Singapore Association of Convention & Exhibition Organisers & Suppliers (SACEOS) immediately got to work to keep the country’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry afloat. In the first month, it worked with the authorities to triage the situation. Within eight months, they produced a roadmap for a new hybrid business model which the rest of the industry could adopt.
