Background: Adverse childhood experiences, or ACEs, are traumatic challenges experienced before the age of 18. These adversities have lifelong effects on physiologic and mental health. A relationship has been made between the number of ACEs and occurrences of poor birth outcomes. The toxic stress that accumulates from ACEs compounded by racism increases the risk for poor birth outcomes in women of color. Understanding the importance of screening for these events can mitigate the negative effects on women’s health during and after gestation. Background: In the United States, 52.8% of Americans aged 18 and older consume alcohol, with 29.5 million suffering from alcohol use disorder (AUD). In Los Angeles, 69.8% of Angelinos aged 12 and older suffer from AUD, and 33% of annual arrests are due to alcohol and other drugs. Alcohol withdrawal syndrome (AWS) develops after abrupt cessation of heavy drinking and is a common occurrence among incarcerated people when newly arrested, resulting in $1.3 billion in healthcare costs. Management of AWS using a fixed-dose therapy of benzodiazepines will improve the utilization of healthcare services in the correctional setting.

Background/Purpose: Delirium is a complex clinical syndrome comprising a constellation of symptoms, including acute onset, inattention, altered level of consciousness, and disorganized thinking or cognitive dysfunction. Nurses are integral to providing care to patients with eating disorders, who often present to the generalized hospital setting related to physical complications from their disorder. การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการฝึกทักษะที่มุ่งสร้างความสุขแบบผสมผสานต่อภาวะสิ้นยินดีในผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าชายและหญิง อายุระหว่าง 20-59 ปี ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 64 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 32 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการฝึกทักษะที่มุ่งสร้างความสุขแบบผสมผสาน ขณะที่กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมการฝึกทักษะที่มุ่งสร้างความสุขแบบผสมผสาน 2) แบบประเมินภาวะสิ้นยินดี 3) แบบวัดการมุ่งสร้างความสุข เครื่องมือทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ โดยแบบประเมินภาวะสิ้นยินดี และแบบวัดการมุ่งสร้างความสุข มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 และ .98 ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงได้เท่ากับ .94 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย และสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยภาวะสิ้นยินดีของผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าในกลุ่มทดลอง หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการฝึกทักษะที่มุ่งสร้างความสุขแบบผสมผสาน ต่ำกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการฝึกทักษะที่มุ่งสร้างความสุขแบบผสมผสาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (t=15.854, df=28, p

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองใช้รูปแบบการศึกษาสองกลุ่มแบบวัดซ้ำ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนทักษะการสื่อสารทางสังคมของเด็กออทิสติกวัยก่อนเรียนในระยะก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม หลังได้รับโปรแกรมทันที และหลังได้รับโปรแกรม 2 สัปดาห์ และเปรียบเทียบผลต่างค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนทักษะการสื่อสารทางสังคมของเด็กออทิสติกวัยก่อนเรียนที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการมีความสนใจร่วมกันร่วมกับการใช้เว็บแอปพลิเคชันและครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เด็กที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ตามเกณฑ์ DSM-V ว่าเป็นโรคออทิสติก อายุ 3-6 ปี และครอบครัวที่มารับบริการที่สถาบันราชานุกูล ประเภทผู้ป่วยใน จำนวน 40 คน โดยผู้วิจัยคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนด กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการมีความสนใจร่วมกันร่วมกับการใช้เว็บแอปพลิเคชันและครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วม และกลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมการมีความสนใจร่วมกันร่วมกับการใช้เว็บแอปพลิเคชันและครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วม 2) แบบประเมินทักษะการสื่อสารทางสังคมสำหรับเด็กออทิสติก และ 3) แบบประเมินการมีความสนใจร่วมกันสำหรับเด็กออทิสติก เครื่องมือทุกชุดผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยเครื่องมือชุดที่ 2 และ 3 มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .91 และ .81 ตามลำดับ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .98 และ .92 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ (Repeated ANOVA) และทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยวิธี Planned Comparisons กำหนดความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนทักษะการสื่อสารทางสังคมของเด็กออทิสติกวัยก่อนเรียนที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการมีความสนใจร่วมกันร่วมกับการใช้เว็บแอปพลิเคชันและครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมหลังการทดลองทันที และหลังการทดลอง 2 สัปดาห์สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (F= 68.22, p=
