Peramalan jumlah pasien di rumah sakit merupakan aspek kritis dalam perencanaan rumah sakit kesehatan yang efektif, terutama untuk memastikan ketersediaan sumber daya medis dan layanan yang memadai. Penelitian ini membandingkan tiga metode exponential smoothing (single, double, dan triple exponential smoothing) dalam meramalkan jumlah pasien dengan menggunakan data jumlah pasien dari tahun 2020 – 2023 dan akan diramalkan untuk 5 periode kedepan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode triple exponential smoothing memiliki nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) terkecil, yaitu 14%. Pemerintah Indonesia meluncurkan aplikasi Mobile JKN di tahun 2017 yang menunjukkan komitmen pemerintah dalam menyediakan perlindungan terkait hak kesehatan bagi seluruh warga negara Indonesia. Cakupan kepesertaan JKN yang menyentuh angka 224,1 juta memiliki jarak yang bermakna dengan jumlah pengguna aplikasi Mobile JKN yang berada pada angka 16.346.826. Ibadah haji adalah ibadah yang dilakukan oleh umat muslim di seluruh dunia pada waktu dan tempat yang sudah ditentukan, yang pada tahun 2023 lalu dilakukan oleh 1.845.045 jiwa dari seluruh dunia. Sebagian besar dari kegiatan ibadah haji merupakan kegiatan fisik, ditambah stresor eksternal seperti cuaca, udara yang panas dan teriknya matahari, membuat faktor kesehatan menjadi bagian penting dalam menunjang kelancaran seluruh proses ibadah haji, adapun kriteria sehat tersebut ditentukan berdasarkan istithaah kesehatan jemaah haji. Comprehensive assessment of documentation quality requires comparing documentation to what transpires during the clinical encounter itself.
