Teenage pregnancy in Thailand poses significant public health challenges with implications for societal welfare and economic development. This systematic review analyzed the challenges faced by teenage mothers in Thailand, evaluated existing initiatives, and proposed evidence-based recommendations. A comprehensive literature search was conducted using the Scopus and Web of Science databases and others focusing on literature from 2016 to 2023. Keywords included “teenage pregnancy,” “teen mom,” “unwanted pregnancy,” and “unintended pregnancy” resulting in the selection of 36 studies. This culminating research project conducted a comparative analysis of traditional Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models for assessing drug effectiveness using sentiment analysis of participant reviews. Introduction: The benefit of endovascular therapy (EVT) among stroke patients with large ischemic core (ASPECTS 0-5) in the extended time window outside of trial settings remains unclear. We analyzed the effect of EVT among these stroke patients in real-world settings.

Patients and methods: The CT for Late Endovascular Reperfusion (CLEAR) study recruited patients from 66 centers in 10 countries between 01/2014 and 05/2022. The extended time-window was defined as 6-24 h from last-seen-well to treatment. The primary outcome was shift of the 3-month modified Rankin scale (mRS) score. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is considered more effective than surgical aortic valve implantation for patients with a small aortic annulus (SAA), however, the comparative efficacy of different transcatheter heart valves (THVs) remains uncertain. A literature search was performed across databases from their inception until June 2024 to identify eligible randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and propensity-score matched (PSM) studies. Clinical outcomes were evaluated using a random-effects model to pool risk ratios (RRs) with 95 % confidence intervals (CIs). The analysis included 10 studies with 2,960 patients. Family assistance with palliative care for advanced cancer patients is very important in optimizing patients’ quality of life. The purpose of this study was to explore family perceptions of palliative service provision to advanced cancer patients at home. The study adopted a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach based on in-depth interviews with six participants. The main theme that emerged was family perceptions of participation in palliative care programs for cancer patients at home. The purpose of this study is to uncover the socioeconomic and demographic factors that influence the usage of contraceptives by analysing trends and patterns in Tanzania's family planning uptake using data from national surveys. The results show that while Tanzania has made progress in increasing contraceptive prevalence from 27% in 2010 to 39% in 2021-22, disparities persist across socioeconomic and demographic lines. Women in urban areas, from higher wealth quintiles, and with higher educational attainment have significantly higher contraceptive prevalence rates compared to their counterparts. Remaja mudah terjerumus pada perilaku berisiko, seperti merokok, karena mereka tidak tahu banyak, mudah dipengaruhi, dan ingin mencoba hal-hal baru. Pada tahun 2018, proporsi merokok pada remaja berusia 10–14 tahun adalah 2,1%, dan mereka rata-rata menghisap 6–7 batang setiap hari. Dengan menggunakan konsep penelitian cross-sectional dari 406 siswa laki-laki SMP negeri di kelurahan Kebayoran Lama Utara, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang perilaku merokok siswa SMP negeri. Besar sampel yang digunakan adalah 117 orang yang menjawab. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik quota sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel.
