Background: Rumex acetosella, a relatively new drug in the homoeopathic system, is traditionally used for treating inflammation, diabetes and gastrointestinal problems, especially diarrhoea. Objective: The aim of this work is to report physicochemical standardisation of the homoeopathic drug, Rumex acetosella. Further, we propose our simple and economical method to differentiate it with a closely related species, Rumex crispus. Introduction: Ganglion cysts are soft tissue swellings occurring most commonly in the hand or wrist. Studies have reported 8%–50% of them resolve spontaneously in adults within 2 years approximately. Cases Summary: We present three cases of wrist ganglion treated successfully with individualized homoeopathic medicines; the results were evident within few weeks. Individual curative response of a homoeopathic medicine in each case was assessed through Modified Naranjo Criteria for Homoeopathy-Causal Attribution Inventory, which further elucidated role of constitutional treatment in homoeopathy.

Discussing end of life with patients can be a tedious and uncomfortable conversation for many providers, however, its continued avoidance contributes to the stigma of end of life care and may also result in significant healthcare cost expenditure with the use of unwanted invasive treatments. Pregnant people in the United States (US) face myriad barriers to resource accessibility when seeking support, including financial gatekeeping, discrimination, and cis-gendering of the process. Commodification of prenatal support is exhaustive and contributes to a growing exclusivity of traditionally accessible interventions designed to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and to promote positive fetal outcomes and parent-child bond. Mindfulness-based interventions are particularly appropriate for reducing stress, anxiety, and depression in pregnancy. Mindfulness-based interventions are intersectional, accessible means of pregnancy and childbirth support with evidence-based outcomes of positive birth experiences and results.
