There is a debate on the merits of modern vaccination in relation to Hahnemann’s position regarding this practice in his time. The authors of a recent Letter to the Editor argue that Hahnemann was in favour of vaccination and that we need to assess vaccination objectively. I agree with both of these positions, but disagree as to the details regarding what is meant by these two conclusions. I argue that Hahnemann made clear that vaccination did not provide immunity, and never can. Three apex bodies, namely the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy, the National Commission for Homoeopathy and the National Institute of Homoeopathy, jointly organised a scientific convention on the occasion of the World Homoeopathy Day to commemorate the 267th birth anniversary of the founder of Homoeopathy, Dr Christian Fredrich Samuel Hahnemann which was held on 9 and 10 April 2022 at New Delhi on the theme ‘Homoeopathy: People’s Choice for Wellness’. Background: Hyperuricaemia plays a significant role in the development and pathogenesis of several metabolic and systemic disorders including metabolic syndrome, hypertension, stroke and atherosclerosis. Introduction: COVID-19 is a novel SARS-CoV-2 disease that has caused a worldwide pandemic. It is highly contagious and produces severe acute respiratory syndrome. Many homoeopathic medicines have been suggested for treatment of COVID cases and reports have also been published. Case Summary: The present case report is of a 61-year-old COVID-positive, male, presenting with complications such as bronchitis and pleural effusion. Background: Hydrocotyle asiatica has a therapeutic significance in the Indian system of medicine due to its rich antioxidant activity. In Homoeopathy, Hydrocotyle asiatica is used for the treatment of jaundice, skin diseases, dropsy, elephantiasis, leprosy, gonorrhea, leucorrhea, and nervous debility. It contains the abundant triterpene glycoside Asiatic acid which shows cytotoxic activity on cancer cells. Introduction: Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in females of the reproductive age group. It is characterised by menstrual irregularities, enlarged ovaries, infertility, high levels of male hormones, excess hair on the face and body, acne and obesity. PCOS can result from abnormal function of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis. Women with PCOS have an increased risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and endometrial cancer.

Introduction: Nephrotic syndrome (NS) is a glomerular disorder characterised by peripheral oedema, heavy proteinuria and hypoalbuminemia, often hyperlipidaemia. Patients generally present with oedema and fatigue. Complementary and alternative therapies have been widely used in the treatment of NS. The homoeopathic treatment for NS could be a safer approach to treating the disease.

Introduction: Infertility is the inability to achieve a successful pregnancy within 2 years of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. About 8–12% of couples of reproductive age experience infertility worldwide. Infertility may result from any underlying pathology or unexplained causes and can cause severe emotional disturbances in both partners. The complexity and cost of conventional treatment may not be affordable for a majority of people. Case Summary: Three cases of infertility with an underlying pathology successfully treated with standalone homoeopathic treatment are reported.
