Riset menunjukkan keterkaitan erat antara pemahaman publik tentang disabilitas dan penyandang disabilitas dengan perilaku diskriminatif yang mereka alami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pemahaman umum masyarakat di dunia, termasuk Indonesia, tentang penyandang disabilitas masih cenderung negatif. Pemahaman negatif itu karena masyarakat umumnya mendefinisikan dan memperlakukan penyandang disabilitas berdasarkan pada pola pikir yang didominasi oleh konsep kenormalan yang berimplikasi pada stigmatisasi dan diskriminasi terhadap para penyandang disabilitas. This undergraduate thesis discusses about the correlation of work-life balance to job satisfaction among Yayasan Plan International Indonesia’s Employees. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive design. This research is background by the importance of employee’s satisfaction in the Human Service Organization’s setting. Meanwhile, the research about employee’s job satisfaction among Human Service Organization is still rare. The increase in cases of child delinquent is not balanced with the increase in the number of prisons and special detention for children. Therefore, this study specifically describes the Men Care program implemented by Yayasan PULIH in Jakarta. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. This study aims at describing the subordination and marginalization of ex-commercial sex workers in Indramayu District. This qualitative research was conducted through in-depth interview and observation on 5 (five) interesting case studies whose data, then, was triangulated to ensure the valid-ity and reliability of the data. The results of the study showed that there were gender discrimination in the form of subordination and marginalization in education and employment which are applied at different periods, i.e.: before and after they worked as prostitutes. The purpose of this research to describe the social capital that is owned by the working group members of PHBS of SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta in an effort to implement a clean and healthy living behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach and is a descriptive research through data collection techniques in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of this research shows that social capital is owned by members of the working group of PHBS of SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta can support its success in an effort to implement clean and healthy living behavior.
