This study focuses on the level, stressors and symptoms of stress on bus drivers of ICB. This study was carried out at Intrakota Consolidated Berhad (!CB), Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. A total of 138 respondents answered the questionnaires that have been distributed and 50 observations have been made thoroughly upon the ICB bus drivers within the area of Lembah Kelang. The findings of the study indicates that stress exist among the bus drivers. Most of them experienced low level of stress. This dissertation is a study on manuscript of "Kitab Ghayat al-Mar'am" by Syeikh Daud bin 'Abdullah al-Fatani which is catalogued as MSS 2838 in Malaysia National Library. It is selected on the basis that there is no study yet in great depth in the Malay Language with regard to the haj and 'umrah pilgrimage. The analysis is made using the transliteration method. This dissertation studies the debate between "Kaum Tua" ( traditionalist moslem group) and "Kaum Muda" (modernist moslem movement) in Minangkabau, West Sumatera, Indonesia in the early decades of twentieth century. Some Islamic thought problems are discussed, such as tariqah, tawassul and wasilah, rabitah, ijtihad and modernization of Islamic thought. By analyzing 12 in-depth interviews with individuals who live in the South Georgia area and who are involved in Black-White interracial relationships, I explain how respondents perceive the appearance of their relationships and how they think others react to their relationships. I also address how the intersection of race and gender affects the interviewees' experiences with family, friends, and strangers. This analysis contributes to current debates about interracial romance by describing how interracial couples experience dating in the South and how race and gender intersects to shape those experiences.

Using the theoretical underpinnings of dynamical systems theory and the construct of self-organization, this study uses a multistrategy research design to explore coping and adaptive mechanisms in a group of 26 Bosnian refugees. Qualitative findings indicated that in spite of tremendous losses this group of Eastern European refugees restructured their lives in Canada in creative, unexpected, and novel ways. This study specifically focused on issues of post traumatic growth and explored exactly how refugees manage to rebuilt their lives and self-organize. The Chinese home-based subcontractors entered the formal labour force, mainly as workers i" the garment industry when they were young and single but withdrew into home-based subcontracting after marriage and childbirth. The industrialization of Malaysia in I 970s offered increasing employment opportunities for young women. These women were 'greened' as ·unskilled' and therefore 'cheap' secondary workers with the manual dexterity suitable for labour intensive work such as sewing. Kajian ini hanya menganalisis tiga bentuk dari karya-karya B.M. Syamsuddin berupa; cerita rakyat atau kanak-kanak, roman sejarah dan cerita pendek. Karya-karya daripada B. M.
