The community's dependence on the forest makes the community's position vulnerable when access to the forest is restricted. The restrictions on community access to forests impact on emerging social problems such as poverty, conflict, and illegal logging. This article conducted study on court decisions on dispensation for marriage that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic (June 2020 to February 2021) from the children’s rights perspective. The library research method was chosen to dissect 19 marriage dispensation decisions (12 decisions from religious courts and seven decisions from district courts) in Kraksaan and Sumenep districts, East Java. This study investigates the early formation and historical development of student service-learning in Indonesia from a global context. Employing a qualitative approach, it utilizes archival research methods for examining the inception of student service- learning, a community empowerment program conducted by the students in the country. It analyzed international documents sourced from Google Books archives, which are available through various online platforms and supplemented by the use of Google Ngram Viewer. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan tradisional tentang kesehatan dan pemenuhan hak kesehatan reproduksi perempuan Bawean di tengah-tengah perkembangan sistem layanan kesehatan modern. Mereka lebih banyak menerapkan pengetahuan dan praktik tradisional dalam memenuhi kesehatan dan hak kesehatan reproduksi mereka lewat sistem medis naturalistik, mulai dari haid hingga proses kehamilan dan kelahiran. Dukun bayi yang dikenal dengan sebutan Balian masih menjadi pilihan untuk persalinan, meskipun fasilitas layanan kesehatan di Pulau Bawean relatif lengkap dan modern.
