تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد اثر القيادة الأبوية المتمثلة في (القيادة الخيرية، والقيادة الأخلاقية، والقيادة السلطوية). في الحد من الانسحاب الوظيفي (الانسحاب الجسدي، والانسحاب النفسي) في شركة زين العراق للاتصالات، واعتمدت الدراسة في عملية جمع البيانات على الاستبانة بوصفة أداة رئيسية لتحقيق هدفها. اذ تم توزيع (258) استمارة لتحديد مدى توافر ابعاد القيادة الأبوية والانسحاب الوظيفي، وتم استرجاع (211) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي. وعن طريق استعمال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية تتمثل في التوزيع الطبيعي، عامل الثبات (ألفا كرو نباخ). الموثوقية، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الانحدار المتعدد، فيما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة تأثير ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الأبوية …

Data include the number of colleges/universities, total expenditures, total amount of Pell grant money awarded, and number of Pell grant recipients for each congressional district. This fact sheet presents the percentage of public, for-profit, and private colleges and universities in each congressional district in the Mountain West states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah.

Child welfare professionals are exposed to a lot of traumatic events. They may experience trauma first-hand witnessing the negative experiences of children and families on their caseload or it may be experienced second-hand through the stories shared by clients or co-workers, or information being read in a file. The research has a variety of terms for this phenomenon (as described in this brief) but the evidence is clear: child welfare workers experience trauma as an occupational hazard and that exposure can manifest itself in ways similar to post-traumatic stress disorder (e.g., disrupted sleep, difficulty concentrating). The Quality Improvement Center for WorkforceDevelopment (QIC-WD) operated for seven years and worked with 57 distinct public and tribal child welfare jurisdictions to address workforce issues. We used agency data, an evidence-based management approach, and were supported by site teams that included human resources (HR) and child welfare professionals.

We engaged in in-depth, multi-year projects in eight of the sites, and highlights from those experiences are featured in this short video. A consistent approach to implementation was applied and rigorous evaluation methods were used in those workforce intervention sites, with the goals of improving worker performance, well-being, and retention. Grants permeate the public service sector but are seldom addressed in the literature on public administration education. This thesis paper fills this gap by examining the correspondence between grant-related course descriptions and the core competencies and skills measured by the Grant Professional Certification Institute. A review of the professional literature highlights the importance of intrapersonal and interorganizational knowledge to grant professional competencies and skills. Content analysis of a sample of course descriptions (n = 73) is performed to elucidate links between courses and the core competencies and skills of the Grant Professional Certification Institute. With the world trending toward urbanization, and Russia and China acting aggressively toward Ukraine and Taiwan, respectively, the conduct of irregular warfare in built-up environments—specifically, urban resistance to occupation—merits greater study. The authors’ Dutch-language and primary source research on the Netherlands’ World War II urban resistance to German occupation makes this article unique. It provides deeper insights into the occupation experiences of a highly urbanized, densely populated country in which clandestine underground and auxiliary elements played paramount roles in resistance efforts for most of the occupation period. Fifty years ago, the US Army faced a strategic inflection point after a failed counterinsurgency effort in Vietnam. In response to lessons learned from the Yom Kippur War, the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command was created to reorient thinking and doctrine around the conventional Soviet threat. Today’s Army must embrace the Russo-Ukrainian conflict as an opportunity to reorient the force into one as forward-thinking and formidable as the Army that won Operation Desert Storm. This article suggests changes the Army should make to enable success in multidomain large-scale combat operations at today’s strategic inflection point.
