This research investigates the effect of media convergence on AIS in SMEs in Iraq during emergencies. The adopted research methodology was quantitative in nature in which 301 accountants participated in the study, and the phenomenon was measured using partial least squares structural equation modelling (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal the net benefits of decision-making and demonstrate how useful they are for Iraqi SMEs to consider while making decisions based on the factors like civil strife and the COVID-19 outbreak. تهدف الدراسة الحالية قياس مستوى الوضوح الاستراتيجي لدى القادة الإداريون في جامعة الشرقية بسلطنة عمان، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (384) قيادي، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الوضوح الاستراتيجي للأداء المؤسسي لدى موظفي جامعة الشرقية بسلطنة عمان كان عاليا، وكذلك جاء متوسطًا أيضًا في بعد وضوح الإجراءات والأنشطة، وبعد وضوح الأهداف وبعد وضوح الهيكل التنظيمي، بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث بسبب متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي.

Nonprofit organizations have long underinvested in leadership development, potentially hindering their ability to fulfill their missions effectively. This study examined the use of nonprofit organization sabbaticals that give executive directors time away while building the leadership capabilities of the interim leader. This research explored the on-the-job leadership development of six individuals who served as interim leaders in southern California nonprofit organizations during their executive directors' participation in a 3-month, foundation-funded sabbatical program.

الفقر ظاهرة اقتصادية اجتماعية ظهرت في المجتمع العراقي نتيجة الظروف الاستثنائية التي انعكست على الاقتصاد والمجتمع العراقي , الا ان هذه الظاهرة ظهرت بشكل كبير في التسعينيات نتيجة الحروب والدمار الذي تعرض له البلد وما تلاها من فرض العقوبات الاقتصادية التي عزلت العراق عن العالم الخارجي لسنوات طويلة مما ادى ذلك الى زيادة نسبة السكان دون خط الفقر فيه وكذلك التغيرات السياسية في نيسان عام 2003 وما تبعه من عمليات الارهاب و النزاعات الطائفية والتهجير القسري كل ذلك ادى الى انتشار مظاهر الفقر كالأمية وسوء التغذية وارتفاع معدلات البطالة وتضاؤل دخول الافراد ثم انخفضت معدلات الفقر في العراق للمدة (2007-2012) …
