In order to better participate in the international digital development, it is crucial to investigate the internal digital governance pattern of various countries and clarify their internal generation logic on the basis of recognizing the current situation. This work makes a comparative study of the internal digital governance patterns in China, the United States and European Union from the perspective of digital ecology, attempts to clarify their respective digital ecological development models, and analyzes the relationship between the development models and their digital regulation systems. In recent years, the probability and frequency of international major emergencies are on the rise, which have threatened the global food security. The study decomposes the food supply chain into production section, consumption section, and circulation section; and then analyzes the risks of food security in each section when facing the major emergencies.
