This study aims to evaluate the Integrated Record Information System application (SRIKANDI) version 3, which is an Electronic Records Management System (ERMS), guided by ISO 16175-2:2011, particularly focusing on the aspect of creation. This study utilizes the method of descriptive qualitative by a literature study approach and direct observation of the SRIKANDI application. This study is motivated by the futuristic interior design and attractive facilities of the University of Indonesia (UI) Library, which create a comfortable environment. However, statistical data show a significant decline in student visits between September and December 2023. This phenomenon raises questions about the factors influencing users' experiences, particularly their perceptions of the library's interior design, which should ideally enhance comfort and increase visitation. This research is essential to understand how interior design affects user perception and visit rates, and to provide recommendations for improvements that could boost the library's appeal among students. This study aims to identify and analyze the marketing strategies implemented by the Trisakti School of Management (TSM) Library to enhance service quality and user satisfaction. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research offers in-depth insights through field observations, interviews with library staff, and document analysis. The findings reveal that TSM Library excels in high-quality imported book collections, comprehensive digital resources, and strategically located services. However, challenges include limited reading space and restricted operating hours. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the University Libraries at Western Michigan University closed the Harper C. Maybee Music and Dance Library, and moved its collections to Waldo Library, the main library on campus. This decision was the result of budget cuts at Western Michigan University during the pandemic, and the University Libraries’ response to operate within our budget by consolidating services and collection spaces. The Maybee Music and Dance Library was closed, along with the rest of the campus libraries, in March 2020. The music and dance collections were moved between March and May of 2021,after which they were available to …

The University of Arkansas’ organizational structure for the institutional repository and other publishing ventures underwent significant changes with the creation of a new department in July 2023, the resignation of the IR coordinator who had been the sole developer of the IR since its inception, the move of IR supervision to the department head in January 2024, and the hiring of a new IR coordinator in July 2024. In recent years, there has been a surge of attempts to censor library books across America, leading to record numbers of challenges in 2022 and 2023. According to ALA, in 2023 titles representing the voices and lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals made up 47% of those targeted in censorship attempts. These represent the tip of the iceberg as documented book challenges do not include self-censorship on the part of publishers (such as Scholastic's controversial attempt to segregate diverse titles in 2023) or by librarians making purchasing decisions in hostile environments. Since 2023, The TMC Library started to add Digital Commons Exhibits to this online collection available to users worldwide. Currently there are 8 regular exhibits, as well as a scrolling exhibit available featuring a few of the following: Historical A/V, Houston’s Fight Against Tuberculosis and Christmas Seals (1911-1980s) and The History of the Texas Medical Center Library: From 1915 to Present.

The Phillips Memorial Library at Providence College used OCLC’s GreenGlass for Serials tool to facilitate an extensive weeding of the bound periodicals collection.
