cOAlition S and research funding policies mean open access content is no longer a "trend" but rather another consideration of content management for librarians and libraries. In 2018, the authors of this article launched a new version of TERMS (Techniques for Electronic Resources Management). TERMS 2.0 envisages a post-Plan S e-resources life cycle blending e-resources and open access content management. This article outlines how open content management can dovetail into current e-resource management tactics across six TERMS: Investigation of material, procurement and licensing of content, implementation, troubleshooting of problems, evaluation and preservation, and sustainability concerns. In the spring of 2021, the Tredway Library at Augustana College (Rock Island, IL) implemented an audit of the library's print book collection to see if there were gaps in representation of the voices of authors of differing races/ ethnicities; genders; or sexual orientations. With the results of this audit, Augustana librarians now have a better understanding of which voices and perspectives are missing and/or underrepresented in the print collection. This toolkit is intended to assist other libraries / information organizations in undertaking similar diversity audits of their own.

Academic librarians often need to deal with copyright issues at their institutions while handling information resources, and they must have a clear understanding of copyright laws, practices, and its implications. This paper examines the copyright trends in India, and librarian’s familiarity with copyright laws and sources consulted to acquire copyright education. Copyright registrations in India are constantly increasing and copyright infringement cases are gradually decreasing. The study has shown impressive results that the majority of academic librarians (90.70%) are aware of copyright laws and their practice. Introduction

The Boston Library Consortium (BLC) was founded upon a shared commitment to promote cooperation in making resources more readily available. Consortial controlled digital lending (CDL) powerfully expands and reimagines resource sharing across the consortium.

In September 2020, the BLC Board of Directors convened a CDL Working Group charged with investigating delivery mechanisms, technology, workflows, policies, copyright and legal issues, shared storage solutions, and other actions related to a potential consortial implementation of CDL among interested BLC member libraries.

Japan's libraries have many positive attributes and continue to evolve. However, many library sectors struggle with serving users because of staff outsourcing, library leadership, and a focus on circulation statistics that prevent them from developing into 21st-century information and community centers. This paper reviews the history and current status of each library sector, including their services and staffing. It then examines their current challenges and how professionalism, librarian education, and community engagement are the main challenges to their success and suggests recommendations to elevate them to compete in the global arena.
