As the backbone of the economy from various countries, SMEs use social media in their business activities. This study aims to determine trends and maps in social media and SMEs research from the Scopus database. This study uses bibliometric analysis on the Scopus database from 2009 to 2020. Social Media and SMEs search string use in titles, abstracts, keywords, and English article in the Scopus database. Further filtering by reading article content unrelated to SMEs to eliminate irrelevant articles. Reference management software is a handy tool for researchers. In this study, the researcher checked the awareness of research scholars of the Department of Library and Information science of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) and Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU). An online questionnaire was used for collecting data. The study's findings show that 97% of respondents are aware of the reference management software and Zotero are the most popular RMS among respondents. And most of the respondents are happy with the features which are offered by Reference management software.

But libraries entered the age of autonomous and intelligent technologies over fifty years ago, when automated information processing became integral to established as well as new services. The present study is a bibliometric analysis of the articles published in “Journal of Digital Library perspectives” during the year 2016 to 2020. This study examines mainly the authorship pattern, degree of collaboration, geographical distribution, and citation analysis. Results indicate that most of the papers are published by multiple authors and found 22.16% average citations per paper. The degree of collaboration is found to be 0.56. The (46.96%) USA is the highest contributor to the articles in the journal during the study period.

It was reported that students and individuals often form their self-concept from past experience of success or failure. Scopus database produced a list of 698 manuscripts that were cited 2383 times with an average of 3.41 citations per publication. Communication Across The Electronic Resources Lifecycle: A Survey Of Academic Libraries, Jessica M. Morales, Christina A. Beis

The objective of this study was to identify common communication issues that arise during the electronic resource lifecycle and identify communication strategies academic libraries are using effectively to manage electronic resources. A survey of academic librarians and staff received 240 responses and included 5-point Likert scale ratings on communication surrounding acquisitions, access, administration, support, evaluation, and renewal at their institutions. The study found that the acquisitions, evaluation, and renewal stages of the lifecycle experienced the most issues in communication, while support had the most positive responses. This study presents the findings from the analysis of the competencies of seminary students of Casiciaco Recoletos Seminary, Inc. in using the library and online collections. It also presents the satisfaction level of seminarians towards the different library services provided in the library, as well as the library facilities and personnel.
