The researcher identified and classified the four domains like State Universities, Central Universities, Deemed Universities and Private Universities. The profile page of ResearchGate (RG) was visited to collect altmetrics indicators. The study also tried to perform scientometric analysis of publication outputs, citations and H-index of the researchers using the Scopus database. The study has categorised 1241 articles into research and non-research articles, for analysing subject coverage, publication trend and prolific author of the journal Scientrometrics from the period 2001 to 2010. All articles were classified under 22 subjects using non-parametric method. This paper investigated the pattern of information needs and seeking behavior of final year students of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, for consecutive three academic sessions; 2013/2014, 2014/2015, 2015/2016. This paper describes the usability of OPAC searching facility in the university libraries of Haryana. The study revealed that 86.0% of the users were aware of OPAC services in MDU, while 89.7% of the users were aware of OPAC service in CUH. In MDU, the maximum of 52.4% users used the OPAC system daily, while in CUH, the maximum of 32.0% users used the OPAC system biweekly.
