The present study aims to rank the university libraries of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa-Pakistan. Library services, resources, status of automation and application of emerging technologies were the parameters used for the assessment of ranking of the nineteen Public Sector Universities and Degree Awarding Institutes of North-West province of Pakistan. Survey based approach was adopted to collect the required information. It was reported that majority of university libraries under study are partially automated. Public libraries are the reservoirs of human civilizations. They shoulder the great responsibility of colleting, organizing, storing and disseminating the human knowledge over the generations. The present study aims at exploring how the users of district central libraries of southern districts of Tamil Nadu State, India are using the libraries in general and library services, in particular. This paper sought to determine the provision of alternative formats of information resources for inclusive library services of visually impaired primary school pupils in Southeast Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The population of the study was 129 respondents, comprising of 125 visually impaired pupils and four librarians from the four special education centres in Southeast Nigeria. This study sought to investigate the relationship between social media use and research productivity of lecturers in private universities in Ogun State, Nigeria. This study adopted the survey design. The population comprised of 1353 lecturers from seven private universities. The purposive sampling technique was used to select 621 respondents for the study. A pretested questionnaire was used for data collection, yielding the following Cronbach alpha value: Social media use – 0.86 and research productivity – 0.95. Purpose: This study examined the problems faced by the public of Pakistan. It also analyzed the demographic information of the libraries and further reviewed the designation, qualifications, and professional experience of the heads/in-charge of public libraries.
Research Methodology: The census-based survey was conducted, and data was collected from the 119 public libraries through the structured questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (version-23) and both descriptive and inferential stats were applied to analyze the data and interpret the results.

This study explores the citation errors and level of reference accuracy in the Indian scientometric journal entitled, Journal of Scientometric Research (JSR). One hundred and seventy four journal citations appended in eight research articles appeared in the JSR, volume 9, issue 1, Jan-Apr, 2020, were checked meticulously by breaking them into seven bibliographic components, i.e. author(s) name, article title, journal name, year, volume and issue numbers, and pages (both first and last page); and they were matched with the original source articles. Results reveal that 44.25% (77) citations in JSR were erroneous and remaining 55.75% (97) citations were error free. …

Purpose - Measurement of information has long been studied for many years from different perspectives. Acknowledging this diversity, the article aims at reviewing approaches to the information measurement.
Design/methodology/approach – Literature review method was used to analyze and interpret main approaches of measuring information.
Findings - Logarithm, volume, syntax, probability and entropy, quantity, impact, value, and energy of information were identified and investigated in detail as the major approaches to the information measurement.
Originality/value - Discussing strengths and weaknesses of each approach, it concludes that a multi-dimensional approach would help us measure the information more accurate.

The use knowledge management technology has been a survival factor for university-based libraries in overcoming challenges faced by libraries in the contemporary dynamic and competitive environment. However, the use of such technologies has been inadequate, ineffective, and fragmented in most university-based libraries within Zimbabwe. Considering this problem, this study assessed the use of knowledge management technologies within an Open and Distance Electronic Learning (ODeL) university-based library.
