The paper investigated the provision of library facilities and services for the specially-abled users in the three selected Public Libraries of Arunachal Pradesh. It examined access to the information materials collected in the libraries and the building structure. The data-gathering instruments consisted of a structured questionnaire, observation, and interview method were followed. Findings of the study showed that among the three libraries Pasighat District Central Library has specialized staff to guide the specially-abled user. Information literacy is defined as a constellation of skills related to the use of information, it is considered important aspect to ensure students success in heir learning process. Lecturers’ perspective of students’ information literacy may influence they way they help students enhancing students’ information literacy. A study examined astronomy research performance from 2010 to 2019 by conducting in the following paper. The results are study based on the objectives of the Astronomy research. Scientometric analysis of collected data has been downloaded from the Web of Science database, a total of 6905 bibliography records. Objective: This study investigated the influence of available media information on Pelvic Inflammatory Disease awareness, knowledge, perception and preventive practices regarding the condition among women of reproductive age in South-Eastern Nigeria.

The study focused on authorship pattern and collaboration in colorectal cancer research output as reflected in the web of science database for the period 2010-2017. Using various scientometrics approaches, the study presents co-authorship and collaborative patterns for different countries, institutions, and authors. We find multi and mega-author contributions which are increasing and dominate the CRC research. In the case of collaborative patterns, we found domestic collaboration which dominates the CRC research compared to international collaborations. Access to information is a fundamental value of professional librarianship and library and information science more generally; however, providing such access can be impeded by certain practices of librarianship, as this article describes. We focus on obtaining a better understanding of the extent of censorship practices within information institutions and the effects of restricted access to information on both individuals and communities. This article draws on several theoretical frameworks including regulative and constitutive censorship, information poverty, access as a human right, and the importance of individual autonomy. This study assessed the University Libraries in Southeast Nigeria based on Librarians’ Registration Council of Nigeria Standards: A focus on buildings, furniture and equipment. Descriptive survey research design was used for the study. The population of the study was 10 university libraries in Southeast Nigeria. Total census enumeration sample was used for the study.
