The research looks into the information literacy skills of students at RIPANS Aizawl, Mizoram. To accomplish the goal, structured questionnaires were distributed to 150 respondents, of which 144 received questionnaires. A survey of 134 faculty members of three oldest agricultural universities of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh was conducted. Open access plays a significant role in expanding access by enabling scholars more equitable participation in research and development activities globally. However, little is known about researchers’ awareness and adoption of open access at the University of Zambia. To address this gap, this study investigated open access scholarly communication practices at Zambia’s premier University. Using a survey research design, data were collected from a sample of 67 participants via an online questionnaire. Purpose: This study assessed the public libraries of Balochistan in terms of information resources, infrastructure facilities, human resources and services. It also probed the problems faced by the libraries in the delivery of services.

Methodology: The study was quantitative in nature and survey research method was used to achieve the desired objectives. College libraries are learning spaces for Civil service Aspirants as it is one of the prestigious and dream jobs of many college students. This study is conducted among autonomous colleges in Kerala to identify the resources, services, and facilities extended by these college libraries to Civil Service Aspirants. There are twenty-two autonomous colleges in Kerala, and an online questionnaire survey is conducted among the librarians of these colleges, and nineteen colleges responded to the questionnaire.
