The present bibliometric study aims to analyze the Indian research contribution in cloud computing from 2011 to 2020. The data was collected from Scopus database using “cloud Computing” keyword and limited to articles final publications. The study analysis many bibliometric parameters like; year-wise distribution of publications; most productive authors, titles, sources and citation counts. Co-occurrence of keywords from articles and authors keywords mapping through VOSviewer. The study found a total 1482 articles, highest 439 articles were published in 2019. The study assesses awareness, use and adoption benefits of SMAC (Smart, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud Computing) Technologies among the LIS professionals working across the libraries of different strata in India. 235 responses obtained using a structured questionnaire and analysed using descriptive statistics method. 99.6% respondents use mobile phones, 58.7% post library activities using social media daily for this purpose 61.3% use Facebook, 52.8% use YouTube, 69.4 use WhatsApp, 31.5% use Facebook Messenger and 18.7% use Instagram. Information is an important factor in agricultural development. The study investigated farmers’ agricultural information needs and seeking behavior in the Southern Regional State of Ethiopia. A cross-sectional research design was employed and the study population included all household heads of the eight sampled villages in four administrative zones. A multi-stage sampling procedure was employed to obtain a sample of 320 farmers. Quantitative data were collected and research adopted descriptive statistics. This informetric study was aimed at finding out the distribution of articles and authors that published in the Nigerian Libraries: Journal of the Nigerian Library Association from 2009 to 2018. Also, the year-wise growth of of research articles; auhorship pattern; and collaboration ratio; subject distribution of articles and institutional affiliation of authors were examined. The journal was selected based on it's consistency and popularity. Data collected through a self-designed checklist was analysed using frequency count and percentage. This study investigates students’ preference of reading print and digital resources. A questionnaire survey with a stratified random sample of 700 postgraduate students of the universities in Kerala state of India was used to conduct the study. Comparison on media provided a fascinating insight into the way students read. The students reported a better comprehension, concentration, higher content absorption and comfort levels, if they read on print resources as opposed to digital resources. The paper examined utilization of cloud computing and its relationship on the academic performance of final year students of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. A 4-point Lickert scale of Strongly Agree; Agree; Disagree; Strongly Disagree was used to obtain responses from the 285 sample respondents. The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the entire world. This study aimed to measure how well COVID-19 articles attracted in the social web during the deadly pandemic period. A total of 145 articles from Nature journal were collected and analyzed to gauge the major metrics from various social platforms. The results showed that social media attention to the articles was fluctuating in each month recording an upward and downward trend. The significance of scientometric assessment in measuring the research performance and decision making process is well known to the academic community. This paper illustrates the result of a scientometric assessment of the research publications of the Sambalpur University, Odisha, India over the period 1990 to 2019. The SCOPUS database of Elsevier is used to pile-up the data. Various scientometric parameters are used for assessing the growth and measuring its implications.
