The study examined the correlation between information retrieval skills possessed by undergraduates and the use of library information resources in a Nigerian University of Education. A Correlational survey research design was adopted. The population of the study consists of the entire cohort of undergraduate students in Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ogun State. The first University of Education in Nigeria was used for the study. A sample size of 800 undergraduates was drawn using a stratified sampling technique across the five colleges of the university. The paper explores the growth pattern of Alzheimer’s disease literature, published during 2014-2018. The data has been retrieved from the Web of Science database by using the keyword ‘Alzheimer’s Disease’. The downloaded articles were classified chronologically and transferred to a spreadsheet for the analysis as per the objectives of the study. The study results revealed that a total of 38936 publications were found out of which maximum publications (8355) were found in the year 2018 and the minimum 7192 publications were found in the year 2014. SCI mago is the Journal and Country Ranking database available freely on the internet. We have accessed the required data from 2008 to 2017 from this database and evaluated the research productivity of SAARC countries and citations in the field of social science subject. This article studied SAARC countries publications, citations, citations per document, self-citations and degree of self – citations. Present study examines the user satisfaction of library resources and services: A survey of pre-university college teachers in Karnataka, India. Well structured questionnaires were distributed among 125 teachers to collect their opinions regarding the frequency and purpose of visit to the library. Study also highlights the available information resources and services. From the study we found that the majority of the respondents 65 (63.73%) are male followed by female respondents 37 (36.27%). Indian Citation Index database is a influential tool to pursuit, track, measure and collaborate in the sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities. This research paper is discussed the published research articles, citations and self-citations in the International Journal of Information Dissemination and Technology which are available in the Indian Citation Index. Computer science is a burgeoning research field and has the potential to accelerate the rate of industrialisation and subsequently, economic development. Using bibliometric data obtained from Scopus, this study employed a 15-year bibliometric analysis to highlight Nigeria’s productivity and impact trends in the computer science research landscape. Our findings are summarised as follows: First, Nigeria’s computer science research contribution and citations are meager in comparison to the global output. This study analyzes the application of lotka’s law, Price’s square root law, Pareto principle and collaborative measures on Manonmaniam Sundaranar University research publications. The data retrieved and downloaded from Web of Science database from the year 1992 to 2020. The findings of the study revealed that the highest number of publications is in the year 2018 with 200 records. This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of the Issues in Science and Technology Librarianship (ISTL) journal for the period of 10 years (2010-2020). Total no. of 224 articles of 35 issues of "ISTL Journal" have been taken up for data analysis. The aim of this paper is to analysis the forms of articles, distribution of the articles, authorship pattern, geographical distribution, institutional contribution and ranking of leading authors. It is found from the analysis that single author contribution during the whole duration persist at 50% obsess highest position compared to benefaction of two author articles which continued to be 30%. …

Purpose- The study aims to identify, and to compare the awareness and attitude of faculties and students towards Open Access Resources.
Design/methodology/approach- The study employed a mixed method research approach. A survey has been conducted among purposively selected students (52) and faculties (17) through distributing a structured questionnaire(1-5 point likert scale, and open ended).SPSS v.20 and coding method have been used for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data respectively.

The application of bibliometrics laws in scientometric journal research output during the period of 10 years from 2010-2019. Data downloaded from web of science databased. A total of 3196 research papers published in the scientometric journal during the study period. The study analysed and examined the different scientometric parameters i.e. year-wise distribution, annual growth rate, exponential growth rate, relative growth rate, doubling time, time series analysis, correlation between articles and authors, reference pattern of articles and the study also verified the applicability of Lotka's law, Price's square root law and Pareto principle on scientometric journal publications.
