The market is expected to reach $45 billion by 2030, with major players like Joby, Archer, Beta, and Wisk dominating. This study aimed to assess public willingness to pay for AAM services using eVTOLs, using Amazon's Mechanical Turk platform. The survey yielded a response rate of 85.8%, with 1,622 completed surveys. This Article explores the evolution of human capital disclosure—firm-supplied information about various workforce-related matters—as a factor in contemporary corporate governance. Regulatory and nonregulatory developments from recent years have upended longstanding practices and generated extensive new evidence. Most notably, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) adopted a human capital management (“HCM”) disclosure mandate in 2020, which, though long overdue, was criticized from the outset for its modest scope and lax design. While there is a developing consensus that governments need to address systemic racism, public administration scholarship has not played a large role in supporting policymakers who want to achieve that end. To institutionalize that effort, we analyze the budget process as a setting to identify inequities and incorporate social equity given its overarching reach across all programs and policies. This article uses the tenets of critical race theory to illustrate how to use the budget process to incorporate equity. Major U.S. employers have embraced the expansion by using affirmative action plans and diversity, equity, and inclusion policies. Concerns raised by a more conservative Supreme Court and its reversal of affirmative action in higher education, the recent enactment of regressive state laws aimed to diminish the rights of the LGBTQ+ community and invalidate affirmative action and DEI efforts should not be allowed to discourage the progress made. Employers can and should stay the course of expanded civil rights and equal opportunity in the workplace for all firm employees.

This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions of Shopee e-commerce consumers in Cilegon City. This type of research is quantitative with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The research results show that the digital marketing variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 2.613 > t-table 1.985, and a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. The brand image variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-value of 0.794 < t-table 1.985, and a significance value of 0.429 > 0.05. This study intend to evaluate the use of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in private organization. User satisfaction is one of the conditions for the successful implementation of information systems. To evaluate this system information, the author uses the conceptual Delone and Mclean information system success model(ISSM). This study employs a quantitative methodology and a survey method. The research sample consists of employees in private organizations engaged in software engineering.
